This Deerfield Beach house is ready for you to make memories with your family! Tucked away in a quaint, family-friendly neighborhood, this home is located just one block from numerous restaurants, bars, grocery stores and shops, and a beach less than two miles away (8-minute drive)!

Our four-bedroom, three-bathroom, ranch-style home features two primary bedroom suites each with king beds (one bath with a Jacuzzi tub), the remaining two bedrooms have queen beds. The open floor plan will give your family plenty of space to relax in the spacious living and family rooms. The newly renovated kitchen has all new stainless appliances, a breakfast bar, and a pantry. Cupboards are stocked with dishes, flatware, and glassware for twelve. Kitchen includes k-cup coffee and drip coffee makers, tea kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is stocked with some cooking essentials to get you started. The dining room table easily seats six, and the breakfast bar seats three.

High speed Wi-Fi and Hulu streaming services are provided on all five Smart TV's (one in each bedroom, and on in the family room)!

Not only does your home-away-from-home have a single car garage, there is room for three additional cars on the horseshoe drive. You will have keyless entry, so you won’t need to worry about misplacing the house key.

The fenced backyard is your own oasis! Enjoy the large, private salt water pool and five-seat Bluetooth spa. You will have plenty of room for backyard entertainment using your own grill, six-seat bar-height table, conversation seating area with coffee table, four lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs, and a large adjustable solar paneled umbrella to give you shade.

Great Stay
Perfect house for a family visiting the area. Pool and hot tub were awesome with a grill in the backyard. 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and plenty of living room space. Everything was simple and Aly was super responsive with any questions I had. 5 stars. Will be back

Great place, great location
We came here with our family (3 adults, 1 teen, 3 kids) and it was perfect! Pool was kept nice and warm and we were out there anytime we were home. Kitchen stocked w the essentials and plenty of towels, which we greatly appreciated. Very clean and is in a great area - 10 min drive to Deerfield beach, 20 mins to Delray, 45 to Miami. Host was readily available to answer any questions via text. Check in and check out were painless. We had a great stay!

Rental for Boca Raton Wedding
My stay at the Deerfield Beach rental was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable, just a short drive to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The property itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could have wished for. The spacious living area was a great place to relax after a day of exploring, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook delicious meals. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a lovely patio perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. Overall, this rental exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait to return to Deerfield Beach and stay here again. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a fantastic Florida beach getaway!

Family getaway in paradase close to beach!
This was an amazing find. There is so much room to spread out and enjoy this beautiful gem with family or friends. Close to restaurants and shops, and best of all just a few minutes from the beach. The location is perfect to visit the nerarby cities and attractions. Everything in the home is so well thought out making it a home away from home. The pool and hot tub are a plus. The property manager Aly is very professional and friendly. We had a lovely time. We would love stay here again next time we visit the area.

Homeschool Mom's Getaway
Several moms from various states met for a getaway and stayed at your lovely home. It was perfect!! We all had our own bedrooms, and plenty of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were a bit hit, and the entertaining iguanas, neighbor cat, birds, and lizards were a lot of fun to watch. Everything was clean and as expected. Great communication and a great place to stay! Thank you!

We loved this well-maintained house. Especially liked the 2 rooms with couches bc one group could watch TV while others could read or work on the computer. The primary bedroom is off by itself for privacy — a plus for families with older kids like us. Parents with younger children could stay in the other king suite nearer the kids’ rooms. Bathrooms were easy to use. Plenty of vanity space. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. Highly recommend it! We’ve rented in FL a lot. This was our best experience.

Wonderful Home, Everything you Need
We stayed at this home for a long weekend with the girls in October of 2022! We already want to go back. This home was BEAUTIFUL, it appeared just like in the listing. The decor in the house was wonderful, we loved it and I want my own home to look like it! Four adult bedrooms, each with plenty of space for overpacking females. Enjoyed the little touches like laundry baskets in all the bedroom closets. Kitchen was nicely equipped with a lot of things, including oils and spices and foil and things like that. Our favorite part was the backyard with the pool, hot tub and the iguanas! It was like living in Jurassic World! Some of the iguanas were HUGE! They were great neighbors who kept us entertained the whole weekend! Don't be alarmed by them, they won't bother you if you don't bother them! Not a complaint, but there was no Hulu as listed on the website, but thankfully, we were not there to watch TV! House was perfect for playing games at night. As stated in the listing, it is a quiet neighborhood, so if you want to be noisy at night, this is not your place. The home was conveniently located to many things. A liquor store you could walk to if you needed, a Target, a Walmart and a Bealls very close as well as grocery stores. It was very easy to navigate. Although you could walk to a few restaurants/bars, they were on a very busy major road, so I would suggest Uber or driving. There were many fantastic restaurants close by! We loved that the host had many suggestions for us in the welcome book! We are pool people, and aside from going to dinner, we did not feel the need to leave the house! I would highly recommend this property, and we cannot wait to return!
