The Space:

You will feel right at home when you arrive at this tastefully decorated unit with bright and modern furnishings. Just inside the front door, the main living space is comprised of a living room, dining area and open kitchen, allowing for socializing and connecting at any time of day.
The comfortable seating area is furnished with a couch, chairs and TV, with large windows to let in the natural light when you wish.
The upscale dining area has a large table that seats four and is surrounded by windows that invite in views of palm trees and blue sky. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and extra seating on barstools at the counter. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a mounted TV. It also has a walk-in closet and a stylish ensuite bathroom with stand alone shower.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 comfortable queen beds and a mounted TV. It also has a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) with tub/shower combo.
With access to a shared private pool and short distance to the beach, this is the perfect home base for your South Florida vacation!

The Neighborhood :

Just north of Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach is known for its beaches, marinas, and offshore coral reef, which provides for some amazing scuba diving opportunities.

Most Florida vacations just aren't complete without a trip to the beach and Pompano Beach doesn't disappoint! With over three miles of public beach access, there's plenty of space to swim, sunbathe, or enjoy a picnic on the sandy white beach and aquamarine Atlantic ocean.
But there's so much more to see and do in Pompano Beach. Take a stroll along the Pier, see what the fisherpeople are bringing in and enjoy the views!

For those always seeking adventure, outdoor activities are a top attraction in Pompano Beach. Fort Lauderdale Watersports offers parasailing with a 100% safety rating and personal jet-ski rentals for a thrill. If you're with a group, check out iOutdoor Fishing Adventures to explore the intercoastal and backwater canal with a fishing charter tour.

Take a ride on the Pompano Beach Water Taxi for a relaxing tour of “The Venice of America”. Cruise down the waterway passing gorgeous mansions and historical sites.

You'll fall in love with the Veal Parmigiana and Shrimp Francese at Gianni's Italian Restaurant. Enjoy a unique evening of traditional Mediterranean cuisine and live belly dancing La Vie Lebanese Restaurant. All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250 fee per pet for stays of less than 30 days. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items

Birthday Party
We were in Florida for our daughter’s 40th Birthday Party. Her father is a retired Chef and she asked if he would please come to Florida where she lives with her partner and prepare a birthday dinner for her. She wanted her father’s lasagna recipe but he agreed to cook.😊 I searched for accommodations in/around the Fort Lauderdale/Pompano Beach areas on the online website and came across these condos. My husband loved the gourmet kitchen!! We were very impressed with how clean and comfortable everything was…we did have a bit of confusion when we first arrived concerning the keyless lock…we were at the wrong door but after contacting Mr. Newman, he assisted us and we loved it at first sight!!! We will return…The king sized bed was the best sleep my husband has had in 7 years. His opinion and I agree!! We’ll be back!!♥️♥️

The unit was great except for a couple of things. The GFI was "tripped" for the entire kitchen lighting and we did not figure it out until the day we left. That was minor. The big miss was your pool area. The umbrella was broken and the pool was dirty and full of leaves.

Pompano beach vacation
I want to start off by saying that the condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and updated. It had everything we needed- plenty of towels, linens, beach chairs (which was a huge plus) and plenty of supplies such as trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. The location was perfect- only a few minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants and stores. The communication with the property managers was easy and they were always quick to respond. The only things that were an inconvenience is that in the master bathroom shower, it only has a half glass wall on the side, so every time you showered the bathroom floor would get soaked. Even with angling the shower head down and towards the opposite wall, it would still get covered in water. Another thing was that I wish we were able to open the windows to get fresh air through the condo. None of the windows have screens and there's no slider to the outside, so there's no way to get fresh air which would have been nice. Finally, I wish there was a chest of drawers in the second bedroom, or at least in the closet. Our 2 small children were in that bedroom and I didn't have anywhere to put their clothes. They are too small to hang up so I basically had to just either keep them in the suitcase, or pile them in the chair in the closet. I do have to say that the closets are huge though so that was a plus. Overall we had a great stay at this condo and would highly recommend it!

Fantastic and quiet location, great layout
My adult daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our 20 night stay here during our first trip to south Florida. The unit is one of only 4 condos in the building. This unit is on the ground floor with parking right out front. Signs indicate that there are 24-hour surveillance cameras. We accessed the condo via a digital keypad, which was much easier than carrying a key around. The kitchen is small but was fine for our needs. I recommend that the property owner buy a 1,200 watt microwave- the 900 watt microwave barely warmed my cup of coffee. I also recommend providing some bigger coffee mugs - I could only brew 10 oz coffee with the Keurig. There are some spices and sweetener packets. You need to buy your own coffee and condiments. (Trader Joe’s, a few miles south on the way to Lauderdale, is much more reasonable than Publix.) Both bedrooms are sizable, with large walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. I would suggest brighter bulbs in the lamps in both bedrooms. It would also be helpful to put a chest of drawers in the closet of the bedroom with 2 beds. Both bedrooms were very quiet, and the beds were comfortable. There is a small pool on the side of the complex. There are 3-4 beach chairs in the laundry room. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes walk to the Pompano Beach pier and multiple restaurants. We enjoyed our rental very much!

Nice condo poor response from management company
This condo is new and clean and easy 10 min walk to the beach. Our concern was that there was no internet for our 6 day stay other than 2 hours one evening. This meant no internet TV either. We messaged the company and they were quick to respond with promises to send a technician out or stated their was a technician scheduled for that day but no one showed up and the issue was never fixed. This condo is managed by a property management company and I messaged with 5 different people during our stay and had to tell each one the story again an again with nothing but empty promises. Obviously this was a damper on our vacation. I asked for restitution for them not living up to listed utilities and services but they have not responded. Nice place but be aware if something goes wrong you might not get any help from the management company.

We had a fantastic stay! This is a well-appointed, very clean unit in a quiet neighborhood. For example, they stocked both a keurig and drip coffee maker (we prefer drip). Lots of space and very comfortable. Walking-distance to all amenities and/or short drive to grocery stores, etc. Comfy bed in the master bedroom was nice. We did not use the pool so no comment on that specifically. We had a minor issue with check in noting that the provided entry code did not work upon arrival. We left a message with the contact # and received a phone call in less than 5 minutes with a new working code. FIVE STARS! RB
