The Space:
Our Mission is to provide the best Vacation Rental Home experience for all our guests no matter what brought you to the area. We are set up for families, friend groups, nurses, & business travelers.
There is a little bit of everything in our home including a place to relax by the heated pool, splash on the water slide, jump on the trampoline, grill a fantastic meal for friends/family, enjoy a meal outside, or sip a cup of coffee on the private, screened in patio, unwind with a movie, sleep in & relax in our Luxury King & Queen beds, get a little work done, or have a home base for an extended period of time.

There are 4 bright bedrooms within the home filled with comfortable beds topped in hotel-quality linen along with wall-mounted Smart TVs and reading lamps giving everyone their own space to unwind.

Guest Access:
SWIMMING POOL
Our pool is private and you get full access to it. We also offer the heated option for an additional fee. Regular pool water temperature is usually comfortable all year long, anyway if you prefer it warmer or traveling with kids, we recommend requesting it in advance.

During winter months it can take up to 48 hours to get to the desired temperature (82 Fahrenheit max). Please be advised that it might take longer if the air temperature is lower than 70. For last-minute bookings, it will be turned on as soon as possible.

We charge 40$/night for the whole stay to cover extra electricity expenses.
We do not add it to the rental price, because not all people want to use it, and we are trying to keep our properties affordable for everyone.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Check-in is after 4:00 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am. You will be provided with an access code that activates at your arrival. Early Check-In or Late Check-out are subject to availability and need to be requested in advance. We charge a flat fee of $40 per hour, if you need to get more than 2 hours, reach out for a custom quote.

Baggage drop-off is available by request and depends on availability.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for 5 cars, complimentary coffee, and access to the full laundry and streaming apps on the Smart TVs.

Pool Service is scheduled weekly, usually on Thursdays. It might change due to weather conditions.
Lawn Service is done every 2 weeks.
Please let us know if you need specific dates when services will be done during your stay.

Uber & Lyft are a great option for getting around town but consider the time of day for surcharges on the cost. Local taxi services can also be utilized along with public transportation. But there is plenty of parking available to use your own car or rental car to get around Deerfield!
