**Pet fee $199 will apply per pet.  All vet documents must be provided prior to your arrival.
** Please note that after the booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions needs to be signed, and also we require a photo ID.
** Standard occupancy is 2 guests, can accommodate up to 4 guests! After the 2nd guest, there is a fee of $30 per person, per night.
** Refundable damage deposit -  $300
** Pool heating fee of $25 per day, if your reservation takes place between October - April.
** All of our rates are updated daily and are subject to change without notice.
** Security cameras located outside, in common areas.
