Charming rental in good location
It is clear the owners have put a lot of thought in to the design of this home. Lots of character and great amenities. The location is just north of downtown and feels close to anything in Fort Wayne. I highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable Business Trip
This was a great and affordable option for an extended business trip. Comfortable beds and furniture for relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. Great, central location in Fort Wayne if you are interested in exploring the many options the city has to offer. Will definitely look this place up again.

Girls weekend Getaway
My friends and I needed some girl time. With the central location it worked well for all of us to meet here with friends coming from Michigan and Indiana. The house was immaculate. There were several bars and restaurants within walking distance and shopping close.

VRBO stay in Fort Wayne IN
The house was clean, and is as pictured in the listing. It is well equipped with everything needed. Our group of three married couples were very comfortable during our stay. We didn’t encounter any major issues, but we did find the bathtub floor was very slippery and could benefit with a bath mat. The fresh cookies were a nice welcome gift. Dealing with the hostess was very easy, Kathy responded to my question about parking immediately. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Hockey stay in FW
Went to FW to watch my son play hockey. He plays for the Spacemen and they were having a Breast Cancer charity weekend. The house was in the perfect location to downtown, restaurants and the rink. We had a fabulous weekend and the house was just perfect for our stay! Will definitely book again!

My bridal party and I absolutely loved our stay here! Plenty of room for each of us to have our own space to sleep and room downstairs to play games and bond. The backyard is adorable and was perfect for my pups! The host responded quickly and was so sweet. I would absolutely stay here again.

The home was very comfortable and served our family quiet well. The deck and pretty backyard gave us a nice place to relax after all the business of the wedding. There is construction taking place on State st. which did wake us up…I suppose that was our alarm clock!

Wonderful House and Responsive Host
House is decorated very nicely, had everything we needed, backyard space is cute. Kathy was very responsive and helpful. We had a house full and everyone was comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and sheets as well. My only complaint is that it listed it had two bathrooms and I was definitely thinking two full baths. One of the bathrooms is just a toilet which we made work but with a house of 9 people, who were mostly baseball players, the additional shower I would’ve been helpful. Not a major complaint, still enjoyed our stay.

Kathy and her Vrbo are amazing. The house is set up very nicely, the kitchen is beautiful, and the bedrooms are just lovely! Kathy also anticipated our needs and had so many extra touches to make our stay excellent.

Perfect-family wants to return!
A beautiful home in a great location. My kids and I, ages 4-12, all had our own space in the four comfortable bedrooms. She had everything; lots of extra soft blankets, toiletries, keurig coffee and creamer! It is located close to all activities, downtown, mall, and blocks away is Lakeside Park which has tennis, pickleball, walking path, and a large playground. Our 3 night stay was a joy and the kids all want to come back soon!

Attention to detail
Everything was exactly what we expected, but then there was so much more that made our stay peaceful and excellent! Things like bottled water, mints, extra toiletry and blankets that I would never had expected. Keurig with half and half for example! We had gotten in late the night of arrival with no thought of stopping for things to make the morning good. We woke up to easy coffee!! We would and probably will stay again.
