Note: As I do with all my AirBnb's, I have personally stayed at this property 6 or 7 times, before listing it, and have walked back and forth to the stockyards everytime....during the daytime, early evening, and late night coming
back. I have walked by myself and with others. In my experience, I can tell you that its an easy, and safe walk, with street lights.

Cute and cozy cottage type home. Easy check in and great communication from property manager. 3 minute uber ride or 20 minute walk to the Stockyards. Walk isn’t bad at all. Thank you for your hospitality!

This property worked out very well for our stay. While some deep cleaning is probably due (master shower corners, bottom of closets, under the beds), the house was very clean overall. Everything was comfortable, nicely decorated, and very inviting. Instructions were very clear, and everything was in good condition. The bidets, while oversized for the toilets, were a nice touch. Having security gates at both the walkway and the driveway was great as well. Not much within walking distance, but very short drives to everything, and no issues getting Ubers or Lyft when needed. We would definitely stay again.

Long Weekend in Ft. Worth
The house was an excellent accommodation for 7 adults. It was clean and comfortable. The location was fine but not within walking distance to the Stockyards. Our only problem was the lack of sufficient plates, glasses, coffee cups, and utensils for 7 people each meal.

Traveled here with my husband and in-laws so we wanted to a home option versus a hotel so we could share a space and be together. Home was perfectly sized for us and rooms/beds were very comfortable. We stayed here to tour the stockyards and found it is just too far to walk so plan to use Uber or Lyft if you don’t have a car. Yes, you COULD walk it but it’s not a straight shot and would take at least 20 minutes. Our weather was not the best for that option as there was a chance of rain most days so using Uber got us to our locations in a matter of minutes. Most daytime rides were $8-10 and evening around $12-15. Airport was $55-65. Patio in front and out back were great options to sit out and get fresh air and some sunlight as most windows look out to a fence. Kitchen could use some more utensils and tools, there were less forks than we had people. No pizza pan or cutter. Cozy living room to gather in. A good option when staying with a group that needs their own space but don’t want to all get your own hotel rooms.

Perfect Location
Great house in the perfect spot. Minutes to stockyards and downtown. House was clean and perfect amount of space for everybody. Garage for parking was nice as well! Not a complaint at all, driveway is a little tight for larger vehicles, but there is street parking if you’re not comfortable making the squeeze!

Girls Trip to Ft. Worth
I met a friend and her two daughters (ages 14-17) for a girl's weekend and conference in Ft. Worth and was very surprised and shocked at the neighborhood where this house is. This is the only house on the block that has been renovated and the house next door had stacks of mattresses in the front yard and a man standing in the front yard smoking and staring off into space. We did not feel very safe. The floors of the house were not very clean and the sheets and mattress cover in the master had recent blood stains on them. The owner was very thorough in the check-in process but not a good neighborhood to be staying in -- especially with a newer looking rental car in the driveway!

Had a great time!
We walked to the stockyards twice during our stay. It was the perfect size for our 3 couples and was very clean.The only improvement would have been a k-cup type coffee machine as some of us only drink decaf and others are specific to their brand of k-cup coffee. There were no measuring cups or measuring spoons. Still, none of those were major and we would definitely stay at this property again. Oh, we were all pleasantly surprised that soap and shampoo was provided in the showers which is a bonus!!

Great place!
Our family of 8 stayed here comfortably. Beds were nice and comfy (this is important to me). Place was clean and well stocked. Location with proximity to Stockyards was perfect! We enjoyed our time here. Getting luggage up those winding stairs (which are very narrow) was challenging, but we put the teens up there and it was ok. Contact with property owner was great. He was quick to reply. We had no problems with noise issues or safety at all. Would stay here again.

Charming stay near the stockyards!
What a gem of a stay. Beautifully decorated and clean house super close to the historic stockyards. Beds were comfy, coffee was stocked and the manager was quick to help us when a smoke alarm started chirping. Quiet family neighborhood and we felt easily at home. Loved the access to laundry and our own driveway. Would stay here again in a horsebeat, get it? Horsebeat? Haha. Stay here and enjoy!

We loved the house. There were 5 of us who came for the Pinner's Conference and there was plenty of room. Our host was awesome. When we asked if there was a keurig, he ordered one and had it delivered. I call that above and beyond. If you texted him about anything, you were answered almost immediately. Will definitely stay again.
