House on Fifth Street
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the House on Fifth Street. The house was super clean, comfortable, with thoughtful touches for guests and had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the interior design and little touches of fall around the house, and our host checked in with us to make sure we were settled in and ok. In town for a graduation
we stayed in town for a graduation and found this house to stay in rather than a hotel. it was very clean, organized, family friendly, and updated. the rooms were all good sizes and the beds were comfortable. entry and access into the home was easy and communication with the property management was open, if i had any questions they were quick to respond. the house was not too far from downtown clovis and shopping areas. if you’re looking for a place to stay, i would recommend giving this home a chance.

Beautiful home with a great location.
Loved this property! My family and I travel a couple of times a year and being a family of 6 we typically rent a home. This place has a great location close to downtown old Clovis, shopping centers and grocery stores. The decor was absolutely adorable and felt like home. The layout and finishes were great, nothing quirky or odd going on and everything in the house worked as it should. My only suggestion is the back yard could’ve used a touch up. It was not maintained and pretty much unusable for the kids. Thankfully the games provided kept them entertained enough indoors and there are a few nice local parks around.

Clovis all the way
My mother and I spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed the property and its location. Reached out to Masumi multiple times who responded quickly to questions and any help we needed. The open layout of the living/kitchen area was perfect for us to prepare meals, eat, or watch TV. The kitchen had all the appliances, etc. we needed. The small table worked great to set up a laptop where mom could check her email. The rooms were comfortable with the convenience of attached bathrooms. Really liked the property but even better was the support of Masumi. Highly recommend this place and will likely stay here again.

Perfection!
Loved this house - everything is brand new! It was immaculate, has an open floor plan and is very spacious in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Amenities and supplies galore which makes short trips so much easier. Rental company was superb in communication and making our trip perfect. Restaurants and shopping close by, hiking and Sequoia/Kings Canyon national parks a little ways away and definitely worth the drive. Really enjoyed the front porch and sun, since we are going home to snow…If you are looking for a rental in Clovis/Frenso, this house is fantastic!

Super clean comfy home
We loved staying here. The hosts were so very nice and thoughtful. The location to King’s Canyon was very convenient. We enjoyed walking around Old Town Clovis. On our last evening, we stumbled on the statue of Ken Curtis “Festus” from Gunsmoke in Old Town. My husband is a Gunsmoke junkie so it kinda made the trip for us. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. It was wonderful. Thanks.

Fantastic stay in this well-equipped, conveniently located home
The photos and descriptions of the home were 100% accurate. It is spacious, light and very well stocked for those who like to use a kitchen rather than eat out for every meal. The dishes and wine glasses were actually so nice, I ordered a set for my own home. There were plenty of towel sets and a large washer/dryer set to do our own laundry. Walking distance from Old Towne Clovis, which had tons of shops, exercise studios and very good restaurants. Plenty of room in the driveway for two cars to park. The hosts checked in on us several times and could not have been more accommodating when our plans changed last minute and we checked out a day early. No questions asked they refunded that night's stay.

Wonderful place!
Beautiful home and very comfortable! We had 2 couples and my teenage daughter with us in town for a wedding and it was a perfect set up. Clean and spacious, close to Old Town Clovis for good restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed morning coffee out on the front porch and all of the inviting spaces and notes around the house. Communication was fantastic. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

Great Spot in Clovis
This is a lovely home that is extremely well-appointed. The attention to design gives a very welcoming feel. The open design living room and kitchen is amazing for family hangouts. The kitchen has it all. Three nice bedrooms and an appropriately low/no water backyard with sitting area and back porch. Great hosts and super-easy check-in. Big screen TVs with good streaming, fast Wi-Fi. Excellent.

Great house! Wonderful layout and beautifully decorated. They have gone above And beyond with what the amenities in the house. It’s very close to downtown and lots of restaurants. The backyard is not done yet but they do have a seating area and fire pit and lawn games

Home away from home
We stayed in this property for three nights at the end of June. The check-in is extremely easy with the instructions provided ahead of time. We had a few questions and Masumi was always happy to answer them. They look into all the details. For example, it was over 100F outside and they had the AC set up so the house was at the perfect temperature when we arrived. We loved the house. It was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the rocking horse and the skee ball kept my toddler occupied for hours!
