South west facing, sunny side, from the balcony to the left you have a view of the beach, sea and promenade, to the right you have a view towards the mountains. Close to Fuengirola town centre situated near to Hotel Occidental Fuengirola, (formerly Piramides Hotel) and close to all amenities yet peacefully located.

There is a sunny balcony with table and chairs and sun awnings. This privately owned & managed apartment has a home from home feel and is a cut above the usual holiday rental apartment. It is highly recommended, see our reviews!

The lounge is very comfortable & well appointed with an extendable dining table & 4 dining chairs. A good quality 3 seater sofa. Also, 2 comfortable armchairs.

Bedroom comprises of 1 New, Quality King Size Bed, a Flat screen TV with many UK & International TV channels. Bedroom suite comprising of bedside cabinets, with bedside lamps and rugs, dressing table & stool with vanity mirror. A fitted Air Conditioning/Heating unit, a large fitted double wardrobe with built in drawers & plenty of hangers, laundry basket. Spare linen, towels, duvets, blankets & extra pillows, folding washing line. Iron & Ironing board, Hair Dryer.

Well equipped kitchen with ceramic 4 ring hob, full oven/grill, extractor fan, new Zanussi fridge/freezer, new Whirlpool dishwasher (3 in 1 tablets provided), Samsung microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete with all crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Iron and ironing board, washing line with clothes pegs are also provided.
Bathroom, comprising of WC, vanity unit/washbasin, full length bath with shower, non-slip rubber bath mat, new Samsung washing machine (detergent & fabric conditioner provided). Towels provided (including beach towels), toilet paper & hand soap provided. Hand sanitizing gel, tissues, First Aid kit provided.

The apartment also has a built in safe.

The apartment has a Security door and no adjoining balconies. The entrance to the block is attractive, secure and is well maintained. The block has 4 lifts & is wheelchair accessible (Please note, the apartment is not suitable for permanent wheelchair users), the block also has a porter/janitor.

This quality, well maintained & equipped 1 bedroom apartment is located in the popular seaside town of Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol in Spain and is very close to the town centre. It comprises of a very comfortable well presented lounge/diner with seating for 4 people, flat screen TV with UK & International TV channels, a quality 3 seater sofa bed & 2 armchairs. Air Conditioning/Heating in the lounge & bedroom. FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI FIBRE OPTIC INTERNET. It has a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath & shower, the bedroom has a New Quality Comfortable King Size Bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and rugs, a large fitted wardrobe with drawers a flat screen TV with Free UK & International TV channels, Air Conditioning/Heating, a dressing table with vanity mirror. All linen, towels (including beach towels), duvets, blankets, etc are provided. The apartment also has a safe and a security door. Outside, the south west facing balcony has a lovely sea & beach view, a table & chairs (including beach chairs for the beach!), perfect for sipping sangria on the warm Costa del Sol evenings and watching the sun go down! The sandy beach is directly opposite the apartment block.

Fuengirola itself is packed with great restaurants, bars as well as plenty of shops and places of historical interest, including Sohail castle where summer events are held including music concerts with international performers and fairs and a lovely river walk with a variety of outdoor activities for all ages. All of which are located within an easy walk of the apartment. Also, the famous 'Fish Alley' area with a large selection of bars & restaurants offering international cuisine is only a short walk away. The popular square, "Plaza de los Chinorros" with many tapas bars, cafes and restaurants, plus the busy "La Galeria" Gastro Mercado (gastro market) are just a short stroll away. Fuengirola's famous zoo, 'eco park' is only a few minutes walk away. Miramar commercial shopping centre is about 10 minutes walk away. There is a large surpermarket a couple of minutes walk form the apartment, a pharmacy is directly opposite the block and there are a many restaurants and cafes close to the apartment.

Exceptional Hosts, Perfect Location, Everything you Need
Being across from the water was just one of many exceptional things about this VRBO. These are the most exceptional hosts we have experienced and we have had the good fortune of staying at places with very good hosts. Everything from giving a great orientation when we arrived to a caring send-off (booking the taxi and waiting for its arrival), a super useful welcome (foods, drink & condiments) package and having items such as a grocery cart. They were so responsive -always responded in less than 15 min. to answer any questions. Lovely people. The apartment was just as advertized so no surprises there. Bed was extremely comfortable (firm, new). The number of English TV channels was incredible. We enjoyed the 'tennis' channel, the movies, the news channels. Everything (e.g. stove top, oven, washing machine, etc) worked perfectly, were new and were easy to use. Everything is at your door step or close by - grocery stores, restaurants. We did not have a car and did not need one. We ran into others who wished they would have rented a place like ours -in town and by the water. We are Canadians and if we return to Fuengirola we would not hesitate staying at this VRBO again.

Fabulous Apartment
We have had a fabulous stay at Jo & Joe's apartment in Fuengirola. They kindly met us late on in the evening, when we arrived, and guided us through all we needed to know. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you could wish for. It is perfectly situated on the frontline, with good supermarkets about a five minute walk away. A fabulous choice of restaurants and bars can be found along the sea front and about 19 minutes away, you will find Fish Alley with a huge choice of restaurants and tapas bars. We couldn't praise the apartment or hosts highly enough! Thank you both. We really hope to get back again!

A Home away from Home
The property is exactly as shown, very homey and an amazingly comfortable bed and lovely duvet. It is the most well stocked property we have ever rented, and we've been with VRBO for 30 yrs. Everything has been thought of right down to providing a cart for groceries. Fantastic to have a little shop on the ground floor for emergency beer runs or to pick up water and a pharmacy next door. Fuengirola is a foodies paradise with a very affordable array of fantastic restaurants on your doorstep, and as we only were able to visit so many, we'll just have to return. Thanks so much Joe and Josephine, we had a blast!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 weeks from Mid Jan to Mid Feb. The weather for the first week or so could have been a bit kinder. A strong, but warming wind did feel too much like home. Despite this initial setback we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Joe and Jo were wonderful owners. From the moment we made the booking, to the time when we arrived home, they were in touch, or available, to answer any questions we had - not that we had any as the apartment was in excellent condition and wanted for nothing. They met us on arrival, fully explained and showed us everything. Joe came to see us off at an early hour to ensure we had no transfer issues getting to the airport. That was a brilliant touch. The apartment is exactly as per the description. Fully equipped, spotlessly clean and with a good stock of basics to see us through our initial arrival. I would thoroughly recommend staying here. Excellent location in our favourite part of the Costa del Sol.

Brilliant Apartment
The apartment was brilliantly clean on arrival and had everything we could wish for. We were met by the owners and given a thorough induction. The apartment is in a great location with bars, restaurants and supermarkets all on the door step. This is by far the best end of Fuengirola. The beach across the road was perfect and the price of the sun beds was €10 for 2 with an umbrella and pillow which we found very competitive. However the apartment did have sun beds, umbrella and beach towels for use if needed. The apartment had a washer, dishwasher and air con which were all welcome and a brilliant extra to help with a relaxed holiday. The tv has everything you could want from films, uk tv channels, sport and other language channels. Joe came and met us to check out at 3.30am! We had to leave at this time due to a very early flight. Joe walked with us to meet our transfer a few streets away which was extremely kind as it was just me and my daughter. I was very appreciative of this. We had such a lovely week and the apartment formed part of our enjoyment and relaxation. We will absolutely book again. Thank you very much to the owners!! Oh, I forgot to say, the bed is soooo comfy!! Kindest regards to J&J

Nous avons loué cet appartement du 10 au 22 aout 2019.Tout est mis en place pour que nous passions de belles vacances! L'appartement est très propre et avec vue de coté sur la mer ce qui agrémente nos repas pris sur le balcon.Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et bien organisés. Joe&Josephine répondent toujours rapidement et clairement à nos questions.Ils s'assurent que tout soit mis à notre disposition pour que notre séjour soit agréable:chaises et parasols pour la plage,chariot pour les courses,coffret de sécurité.La cuisine est très bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle. L’appartement est super bien situé ,directement devant la plage et entourée de commerces,restos,épicerie, location d'autos.À partir de l'aéroport de Malaga nous sommes arrivés par le train jusqu'à la gare de Fuengirola. Ensuite nous avons marché jusqu'à l'appartement (15-20 min approx.).Cependant il est possible de prendre le taxi depuis l’aéroport ou la gare. À notre arrivée Joe&Joséphine nous attendaient et nous ont bien informés sur l'utilisation des appareils (lave-vaisselle-laveuse à linge,air climatisé etc.Et nous ont aussi fourni des recommandations de choses à visiter. À notre départ Joe était à l'heure comme convenu. Tout s'est bien déroulé à partir du moment de la réservation de cet appartement jusqu'à notre départ . Je le recommande fortement!

A lovely time in a great apartment
The apartment was great, having everything we needed for a home-away-from-home stay. Along with a full kitchen and bathroom, the living room was very comfortable, with the bonus of having a full (UK) TV package - including Sky Sports and catch-up facilities. The bedroom had plenty of wardrobe space and the bed was, probably, the most comfortable (holiday) bed we've ever slept in. Joe & Jo (the owners) answered all of our questions promptly and met us at the apartment to show us around - including a thorough overview of how all of the appliances worked. Whilst we'd always expect the above, it was the extra touches, like a welcome pack, beach umbrellas and chairs and a shopping trolley (to make the supermarket trips easier) that helped to make our stay even more enjoyable. The speed with which our security deposit was returned was also appreciated. If all goes to plan, we hope to stay at Joe & Jo's great apartment again next year.

Across the road to the beach and with shops and restaurants almost on the doorstep, we couldn't have asked for more. Can't praise this holiday too much and can't wait to go back.

Fantastic Apartment
We rented this fantastic apartment for a week in August. The apartment is in a great location; it is across the road from the beach and only a short walk to the harbour and numerous bars/restaurants. The apartment block is secure with four lifts giving access to the various floors, the lifts and foyer were cleaned daily. The apartment was amazing, it was spotlessly clean and so well equipped it was like a home from home. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to prepare any meals and a welcome pack provided so you could make a drink and have breakfast. There was plenty of space in wardrobe for clothes and towels and extra bedding also provided. There was air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom which was great at cooling the apartment quickly in the high temperatures. There was also ceiling fans in both rooms if your not a fan of air con, at night we used the ceiling fans as if you opened the bedroom window you could fall to sleep listening to the sea. Both Joe and Jo were amazing, they were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They had also taken the trouble to prepare a information pack including local maps, nearest taxi rank, supermarket and other amenities. It also included various details of local places of interest, contact numbers and details of how to work the oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and it would be my first choice if we to return

Perfect Winter Break.
My husband and I have just returned from this apartment. We were met there by Jo and gave us a lovely walm welcome explaining how everything worked. The apartment was spotless and had everything you need for a comfotable stay and included a thoughtful welcome pack and towels. Its in a lovely quiet setting halfway between the castle and the Marina but everything was only a short walk away. We met Joe at one the bars he owns (Dylans & The Britannia) where guests can receive a 10% discount. He introduced himself and was very friendly. I can highly recommend both pubs as food, drinks and staff were great. From my first enquiry to our last day when Joe came to see us they are both friendly and helpful. Looking forward to when we can return. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks Jo & Joe.

Super hyggeligt og dejlig lejlighed med alt,og har aldrig har vi set en lejlighed der var så ren,ligger super godt og Joe og Josefine er så venlige og imødekomme .vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Great little flat
Really well equipped small flat, ideal for couples. Great position away from the busiest part of town but 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Although on the side of the apartment block , the small balcony gives great views over the beach and out to sea. Would happily come back for a week's holiday. We didn't hire a car, taking the train from the airport at Malaga direct to Fuengirola. Although not one's to sit on the beach (for which the flat would be ideal), we found plenty to do for a week in the town.
