Perched on the Galveston Seawall at Diamond Beach, this condo is situated in a perfect location to get some peace and quiet, yet is close enough to the heart of town to get a taste of the hustle and bustle as well. When you want to venture out a bit, make your way into downtown Galveston (six miles) and visit the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier. For some fun closer to home base, check out Moody Gardens or Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston.

Bright and clean with a fantastic view!
The unit is nicely appointed, and had everything we needed to enjoy our visit including an amazing view! The pools, gym, and game room were clean and very well equipped. Restaurants, groceries, and lots of things to do are not far away.

Happy Sisters Getaway
Sisters getaway and we had a GREAT time. I’ve stayed in many VRBO units and no doubt this is one of the best. Our condo had super cute decor & was super clean. Very well supplied. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and even beach towels. Kitchen met our every need. Living area was very comfortable. Balcony wasn’t super large (seating for 5) but clean cushioned chairs, rug, pillows. Overlooked gorgeous pool with a fantastic gulf view. The property is safe and well maintained. Nice helpful staff and the amenities are top notch. Our 3rd time at Diamond Beach Resort and definitely won’t be our last. Just can’t brag on this place enough!

I researched several reviews of condos within the Diamond Beach complex and am so glad we booked this one. Listing & pictures were exactly as expected and suited our family of 5 well. The pools, lazy river & beach were a hit and indoor pool was warm when the weather was cooler. Thanks for allowing our family to make memories for spring break!

Wonderful Family Time!
Our family of 17 stayed at Diamond Beach Resort (in multiple condos) over Thanksgiving week. The resort was wonderful and everyone was so helpful. We enjoyed the hot tubs, private theater, game room, gym, etc. The condo itself was well stocked with everything we needed and was very comfortable. We’re already talking about coming back next year! Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful place!

Disappointed Expectations
Sofa, Dining Chairs, Living Room Pillows and Outdoor Cushions were very stained and needed a deep cleaning or replaced. Mattresses in Bedroom 3 with the bunk bed had plastic protectors on them that made a very loud sound every time you moved making it hard to stay asleep. 2nd Bath sink had no drain stopper which made it very nerve racking to rinse contacts. Trash can bin lid in kitchen wouldn’t close. I have stayed at other units in this resort and found them cleaner.

Beachfront Beauty!
We stayed at this property during our winter break. We caught a great stretch of weather so we were able to enjoy the beach and some of us the ocean. The condo is as described, owners are very responsive. The kids enjoyed the free game room, the adults as well. Golden Tee was a hit ( not shown in pictures). We reserved the movie room one night which was fun and went in the indoor pool & hot tub every day. There is a strip mall across the street with a great restaurant (Seafood Grille) , bar and a coffee shop. Condo was very clean, lots of kitchen supplies and enough TP and paper towels for the 3 night stay. It could have easily housed another family with a huge bunk bed in one room. Would highly recommend, great stay!

Great stay but balcony door needs attention
We really enjoyed staying at this property. We were visiting with my two children and mother in law. The condominiums are wonderful and we were able to enjoy many of the amenities, including the outdoor pool! The only complaint I have about this particular unit is that the sliding glass door to the balcony did not have a lock on it and the vertical blinds that covered the door were broken so we were not able to open them. We were having to go through them to get on the balcony, and were constantly keeping two toddlers out of them. The lock on the door is a huge liability issue. We let the property management company know about this as soon as we got to the unit, and unfortunately were told they could not address it until the day we checked out. They did send someone to look at the problem, but it was never resolved. The only other thing that bothered me was there was no hand soap in the unit at any of the sinks, and the bedding could be updated. Not a necessity, but always a nice touch, especially when staying at a property as nice as this one.

Relaxing Stay with Beautiful Xiew
There were four women on this trip. Our condo was very comfortable and well decorated. The views of the gulf and pool area from inside and on the balcony were great. Beds were comfortable as well as the couches and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked. We would have appreciated a sponge or wash cloth in the kitchen. The place was very clean. . Diamond Beach Resort was nice. There are several extras but we mainly stayed in our condo since it was November. We would definitely rent this condo again.
