Great Price
This was a decent stay for a great price. The carpet in the first bedroom was coming up at the entry to the bathroom. I had to take care to not accidentally step on carpentry nails in the threshold. Otherwise the unit was great and the property was fine. Could use a few updates.

We went in December, and enjoyed listening to the waves from our balcony, walking on the beach, and swimming in the heated pool. We had just enough room for all 6 of us. This is an older facility but well maintained.

Fantastic Stay!
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was great! Everything we had was an accurate representation of what was advertised. The view of the private beach from the balcony was the cherry on top! Only (small) downer was the living room couch was very uncomfortable. The master bedroom bed was very comfy and the ac worked just fine! The shower was so nice too! We plan on coming back here again! Love our stay!

Clean and Quiet On The Beach
Easy to get to and away from the hustle and bustle of the strip yet it was on the strip! Very clean and comfortable! Really liked the floor fan for noise in master bedroom! No coffee pot was a disappointment but overall we loved it and will use it again if we ever get back to Galveston!

Bug Bites
We had a few issues with our stay. First, all the cords to the tv were unplugged and the remotes did not have batteries, and we didn't heard from a representative until the day before we left. Secondly, the code for the gate was not accurate. Lastly, and worst of all, as i was stripping the bed, per the condos policy, i noticed a rusty red spot in the center of the king sized bed. This would explain the hard, itchy, red bumps that have appeared (in a line) on myself and 2 kids that slept in the bed with me. It looks just like bed bug bites. The king mattress was sunken down in the middle and a brown throw blanket in the closet had crusty spots in it as well. We will not be booking with Vacasa again. The rest of the property is beautiful and nicely maintained. We are treating are belongings as though we were exposed to bed bugs, and it is bery stressful.

Great location right on the beach.
We loved this condo located right on the west end of Galveston Beach. No need to cross the road in order to enjoy the beach. Condo was comfortable and as shown in listing. The unit had everything we needed for a fun two week stay in Galveston. Nice location for visiting old town, restaurants (both on the east and west ends of the beach, plus further west of the beach), and other local attractions. We would stay here again.

The Gate Guard was very rude, argumentative, and threatened me with violence
My impression of this property was a little run down, but okay. The huge problem with this property is the guard "Tosinto" or something on his badge he would not give it to me and was moving around too fast when i was trying to read it. He refused to issue us a parking pass for the 2nd vehicle that i had. in which we had paid for two parking spots and only used 1. then he raised his voice at me and i raised mine at him "to just issue the pass" he pulled his shirt out and told me to get out of the car that I would not speak to him like that. So, it is okay for him to talk to the patrons like that? Then he threatened to call the police, I told him to call them that i had not broken any law. It is a shame that a person like this is allowed to treat people the way he does and it be tolerated by his employer. I tried to contact management, but they have not returned my call. evidently he works for a security guard company. He should have issued the pass i paid for.

Beach family vacation 2022
The condo was nice. Location was perfect. Beach view from our balcony. The only thing I wish is that there were more towels. We brought beach towels thinking we would have plenty of bath towels for showers. There was exactly one per person provided. That would’ve been manageable if there was a washer and dryer in the home but there isn’t. Being at the beach you really need to shower more frequently than normals and the towel issue was definitely a problem for my family. So, just a heads up- only 8 towels in the room! If you have 8 people- BRING YOUR OWN!

Great condo!
The condo was exactly as pictured. 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half bath, plus the 2 bunk beds. Great space and the balcony had a great view of the gulf! The location was perfect. Close to everything but didn’t have to cross the sea wall to get to the beach! The only negative was the incredibly rude pool monitors. They yelled at our 7 year old for jumping in the pool (she stepped off the side into it). She was scared to go back because the lady was so ugly in how she spoke to her. Just a heads up if you have kids. They ‘monitor’ over the top and make the pool a stressful experience if you have kids. Other than that, it was the perfect family getaway!
