You will love staying in this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome with a bonus room, open living space and complete kitchen. It is fully furnished with all new amenities to guarantee your stay is comfortable and convenient. Located in the center of Garden City there is a vast variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment. Spend a day on the lake, just 2 blocks away or spend a day on the slopes at Beaver Mountain ski resort. Bring your family and enjoy making memories together in this prime location.

KITCHEN/DINING

Come enjoy our fully stocked kitchen that is perfect for families. We have furnished it with top of the line appliances and stocked it with plenty of dinnerware and appliances for a family, and a propane grill. You will be able to find all of the basic cookware that you'll need, and will have plenty of room in the spacious kitchen to cook all the delicious meals that you want!

LIVING ROOM
:
The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The large and comfortable couches provide plenty of seating, and the 55-inch ultra-high-definition TV provides easy access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open and airy feeling, and lets you enjoy the view!

BEDROOMS:
Three of the four bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and are set up to be comfortable! The master bedroom features a large en suite bathroom and large closet. The other two upstairs bedrooms and bonus room share the other upstairs bathroom. The bedroom on the main floor has easy access to the bathroom on that floor. Here is the exact layout of each bedroom for your convenience in planning:

GARAGE AND PARKING:

You have your own private, single-car garage, and one space in the driveway directly in front of it. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles, trailers, etc. The abundance of parking allows you to bring all your outdoor toys and trailers and not have to worry about a lack of parking!

LOCATION:

You can't beat the location with this townhome being a short walk to several restaurants and the main grocery store (which is brand new as of Spring 2021). This home is across the street (2-minute walk) from the city pickleball courts. It is walking distance to the city beach, but the most popular beaches are Rendezvous Beach (11 miles away) and North Beach (18 miles away). The Bear Lake Marina is 1 mile away. Dirt Bikers and ATV enthusiasts have direct access to Cache National Forest trails. Beaver Mountain is 13 miles away. No matter what time of year you come visit us, we are confident you will be surrounded by plenty of activities to keep you busy!

Great stay for extended family with kiddos
What a beautiful time staying with family. Our group consisted of 2 families with kids ages 13-3 plus grandparents. There was a floor level bedroom and bath right next to the garage with a single step up for grandparents. The big hits were the bunk room and the toy loft. We also appreciated the wide variety of pillows provided so everyone could find what they needed. Kitchen was fully stocked and I especially appreciated how many bowls and spoons there were for all the cereal eaters. We loved having the washer and dryer for use keeping swimsuits and beach towels ready for use. Make sure to bring your own towels for the beach! So maybe thoughtful additions made this place stellar. My girls especially loved the sandcastle building tools as they built sand castles with their grandma. Things to note for others: the unit was set at 79 degrees when we checked in at 4 and many in our group struggled to sleep as the air conditioning hadn't cooled it down much by bedtime. Some in our group ended up using a spare chair for a nightstand and there are no dressers, if that's important to you.

Only thing that the owner might consider is putting up some towel hooks in the bathrooms.. Pretty minor for sure as the rest of the property was fabulous. The kids loved the playroom.

Communication about the condo and check in was great. It’s a good location. The beds were comfortable. It just needs a really good deep cleaning. Otherwise it’s a fun place for families to stay.

Beautiful Attached Townhome
Even though its not within walking distance to the lake, the home was beautiful. I should have asked where it was in relation to the lake instead of relying on what was on VRBO (I take full responsibility). The layout was great! There were quite a few complaints about the mattresses on the bunk beds, but the bedrooms with one bed were comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces next to the townhome because it is an end unit. The BBQ was not something we were interested in using, so maybe get one that looks less old and scary? There were a couple stains on the carpet, but other than that it was clean and had plenty of space. There is a small market nearby that had what we needed, and some great places to order food.

Bear Lake Getaway
We had a wonderful time at this property, spending time with our family. It was clean, well stocked, and we loved all the extra room. We especially loved the toy room for our grandkids. We only had one real complaint… the parking situation was absolutely horrible. Vehicles were parked everywhere, and it was hard to maneuver or find a place to park. We do have a few suggestions that would have helped our stay. There were no bathtubs for the little ones to bathe. Also, the removable shower heads like in the master bath, would have been nice in the other showers. There were no dressers or shelving in the closets to put your clothes or items on. And, the outlets on the outside of the townhouse weren’t working. The vent in the hallway across from the stairs could use a good cleaning. Overall, the stay was great, but these added items would have made it even better.

Great getaway location!
The home is brand new and very well decorated. Lots of room and beds for large families. Also ample parking for RV's and toys. One small draw back was there was no grass for outdoor games.. however I am sure it will be in place soon enough. Great place to stay with convenient location close to town.

Great place for a quick getaway!
This property was very nice for our large group of family and friends and super close to all the locals shake places and lake. Within walking distance to some food places! It’s a very clean place and has plenty of space for everyone! The manager was super helpful with any questions we had and we had a great time!

This is a gem of a location and perfect for our Bear Lake getaway!
The location is perfect, off the beaten path but within 2 blocks of all the great places to eat in Garden City. The place is brand new, and incredibly spacious. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room to spare. The kitchen is modern and well supplied with quality cookware and silverware. Plenty of plates and dishes and cups. Central open area is next to the kitchen and, though a little snug, enabled us all to unwind at the end of the day with a movie. There was just one TV in the whole house, which may be an issue for larger groups, but not too much of one. The upstairs master bedroom is plenty large, with a huge bathroom and walk in closet. There is a play room on the upper floor, and a bunk room that would sleep 6 in bunks. The other large bedroom on the top floor is very spacious. There is also a large bedroom on the main floor. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were fresh and quality. The unit is so new it literally doesn't show on google maps. Garage is a one car garage, washer and dryer are available and easy to operate. Matt was great to work with and we would definately stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great property in a developing area
This property was very nice and comfortably accommodated two families with children between 13 and 20 years of age. Downtown Garden City is within easy walking distance and there is plenty of room for parking on the gravel next to the building. Only a handful of minor inconveniences. This property is new and surrounded by dirt instead of grass for now, so spending time on the porch wasn't a pleasant option. The downstairs shower door doesn't seal well, resulting in a puddle on the floor after showering. The living room only has a single couch, so seating everyone when hanging out there requires stealing chairs from the kitchen. Finally, the curtains in some of the bedrooms are about 4 inches short of covering the window completely.

Property was brand new and very nice. Only problem was the property manager gave us the wrong address resulting in an uncomfortable encounter with the people in what we were told was our unit. Close to town, park, and go-carts. Probably would not go back on the 4th of July again, town too crowded. Hard to even find a place on the beach or launch the jetskis.
