Profitez d'une vue imprenable depuis le pont de 30 pieds de cette maison de vacances récemment rénovée. Situé à moins de 2 minutes de l'entrée nord de Yellowstone et à distance de marche des restaurants, des magasins, de l'épicerie et du bureau de poste.
Cette maison est entièrement meublée. Il y a 2 chambres, une avec 2 lits doubles et une avec un lit king size. Chaque chambre dispose d'un porte-bagages et d'un placard. Il y a un grand canapé-lit et un grand canapé-lit dans le salon. La salle de bain a une double vasque et une douche de 8 pieds avec une tête de douche à effet pluie et une baguette et tous les draps sont fournis. La cuisine a 3 tabourets au comptoir, un micro-ondes, des bols à mélanger, une cafetière (café inclus), un grille-pain, un bloc à couteaux, une cocotte, des casseroles, des poêles, une clé à vin et des ustensiles de cuisine / repas avec vue sur Yellowstone. Le pont surplombe la rivière ci-dessous, notre pont et la ville sur votre gauche, les montagnes Absaroka Beartooth à perte de vue et le parc Yellowstone sur votre droite. En été et en automne, il y a un canapé et une table basse en plein air sur le pont pour profiter d'un café le matin, d'un cocktail en soirée ou d'un barbecue familial.
L'accès privé à la rivière vous permet de nager ou de pêcher et à une telle proximité du parc, vous pouvez littéralement marcher par la porte d'entrée! Le trempage dans les sources chaudes naturelles est une activité locale préférée. Vous avez The Boiling River (à l'intérieur du parc) à 8 minutes de la maison ou Yellowstone Hot Springs à 15 minutes.

What a splendid property! The location is amazing being so close to the park and right on the river. The home itself is tastefully decorated, which is relaxing in itself. We brought our four kids and we did pretty well with the sleeping situation. It was a bit challenging for the six of us since one of the two toilets was out of commission while we were there, but I'm sure it will get fixed before the next guests arrive. All in all, it was a refreshing, beautiful stay.

The location is right at the entrance to YNP and very convenient! The home was clean and walkable to town. The kitchen was stocked and everything was cozy and clean. I do wish the shower had more than just a waterfall and a handheld nozzle. I got my hair wet every single time I showered and this is not convenient for a woman. A normal adjustable hardware fixture would be preferable. The shower is very big and nice. The owners dog came and visited a couple of days, so that was a nice surprise. The view is beautiful from the deck and the kitchen window. We saw elk running through the river and the neighbors yard and a bald eagle from the kitchen window. The electric fireplace in between the kitchen and living room area provided plenty of warmth. There was plenty of space for the 3 of my little family and I believe a family of 4 or 5 would fit very comfortably. I would definitely stay here again, but will note next time that we will go when it is not off season because there were only a couple of places open for dining out, gifts shops, etc.

Water House has the perfect view!
We enjoyed the view of the river and watching elk from the deck daily. We cooked on the gas grill daily and were grateful for the opportunity to do a few loads of laundry during our visit. Stop by Yellowstone Perk for an excellent cup of coffee or latte when you don’t feel like making your own cup with the traditional 12 cup Mr Coffee machine. Yellowstone Perk was closed on Tuesday, so we tried Eats Cafe and enjoyed it. Both places also serve food. Stop by the home before going to the market. The host has stocked the home with more essentials than are traditionally offered at rental homes. Finally, we appreciated the ease of using the North (Gardiner) Yellowstone Entrance. It was very convenient and quick. Yellowstone hint- get to the most popular sites no later than 9 am to get a parking spot and avoid crowds.

Thoughtful details, incredible view of the river, everything one could need and a kind host. Sooo close to the entrance to Yellowstone but more enjoyable than staying in the park. We would definitely stay again!! Next time we would stay longer and enjoy the hot springs nearby, raft the river and add another hiking day in the park.

This apartment was exactly what was pictured, PERFECTION! Nice size for a family of 4. Having the 1/4 bathroom was great for 3 ladies getting ready in the morning. If you can find an open date to stay at this AMAZING property - DO IT QUICK! The pictures don't even do it justice - it is truly a remarkable property. We saw elk every day on the hillside and the last morning even saw one with a newborn baby. This place is even better than the pictures and that rarely happens! The views are spectacular and we opted to eat in most nights because the house was fun to spend time in. Gardiner is also a great base location for Yellowstone. We enjoyed walking the town and seeing elk around.

Great Getaway
We had an amazing time in Gardiner. The property was very clean and cozy. The views out of the windows were amazing and we got to watch people raft down the Yellowstone River. It was the perfect spot to come back to after exploring in Yellowstone Park all day. A momma elk even had a baby in the backyard while we were visiting. A little added bonus. I would definitely go back there and stay again.
