Enjoy Ohio's Wine Country at this beautiful, professionally cleaned Lakefront property by sipping wine in your private hot tub while watching the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets Lake Erie offers.

Our cottage is cozy, and you will love it when your stress melts away upon entering the hot tub and the private backyard with majestic views of Lake Erie.

We are located about one mile east of the famous strip in Geneva-on-the-Lake. There are shops, bars, restaurants, and some great area parks and beaches. We are also just minutes from Bridge St. in the Historic Ashtabula Harbor. Ashtabula County is known for our covered bridges; check out a covered bridge tour or visit one of the many area wineries. Let us know which winery you and your guests like the best!! Come and see all of what Ashtabula county has to offer.

The surrounding area has so much to do if you are looking for things to do. You will not have enough time to do it all. At the same time, there is so little to do, so bring along that book you want to read and sit on the back deck with 180-degree views of Lake Erie and listen to the crashing waves. Our cottage will not disappoint!!!

The cottage is stocked with great board games, and you can enjoy playing some old-school games on the table arcade game (Pac-Man, Galaga, Frogger, Donkey Kong Etc.) while looking out over the lake.

There is a fenced-in yard, a grill for cooking out, and a huge deck to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the magical views Lake Erie offers from the big new large hot tub. The yard is completely private and has a fire pit, corn hole, and a lot of outside space for your entertainment.

The cottage has high-speed internet, a complete cable package, and a 50" Roku Smart TV in the living area, which is excellent for watching big sports games or movies.

Our cottage has been completely remodeled, and all furnishings are brand new. There are two bedrooms; The master has a king-size bed, a dresser, nightstand, closet, and a 32" Roku Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a dresser, nightstand, and TV. The bathroom has a large beautiful tiled walk-in shower with a seat. There is a sectional couch, a coffee table, and a 50" Roku Smart TV in the living area with amazing views of Lake Erie. The dining area seats four and has fantastic views also. The kitchen is stocked well with the basics.

With Lake Erie's water levels rising and for your safety, we do not recommend using the walkway down to the water. There is, however, a beach at the Geneva State Park, about 3.5 miles west of us.

If you are looking to recharge your batteries, we would love to host you at our Lakefront Oasis.

Please note: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the front door, side yard, and backyard. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being asked to leave without a refund.
