Sea Star Villa in February Point, is an OCEANFRONT, stand alone home with steps leading into the sea. The villa hosts 3 bedrooms: 2 King beds, 2 Twin XL's (Can convert twins into a King)- 2 Full baths & 1 Half bath. The villa sleeps 6 people, including kids and babies. There is a daytime mooring in front of the villa and overnight dock rental at the February Point marina.

Enjoy Sea Star’s gracious open living space, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. This 2,100 sq. ft. two-story stand-alone home offers unsurpassed views of the harbor with a 2nd floor wrap around veranda. The villa faces Elizabeth Harbour and Stocking Island. You are directly facing Chat'n Chill, Coconut Club, St. Francis Resort, Kahari & Club Peace & Plenty Beach Resort. You can wave at them! The kitchen is fully equipped for your own cooking or hire in the many chefs from Exuma.

The upper floor is complete with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home sleeps 6 ppl.
BEDROOM 1 : Primary Bedroom with tray ceiling, a king size bed, opens through French doors onto the veranda with oceanfront, breathtaking views. It has a full en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath, shower, and double vanity.
BEDROOM 2: Guest King Bedroom has a king size bed, and opens through French doors onto the veranda, also with magnificent oceanfront views. Shares bathroom w/Guest Twin Bedroom.
BEDROOM 3: Guest Twin Bedroom offers two twin XL beds(OR convert into a King) facing the garden and shares a full sized bathroom with Guest King Bedroom.

This home features large outdoor living space and exclusive use of a private deck, sand yard, romantic gazebo and concrete breakwater wall. Plenty of comfortable chaise lounges and deck chairs invite you to gaze at the ever-changing colors of the blue green waters, or to contemplate the billions of stars in the night sky while listening to wavelets lapping the shoreline. Sea Star Villa is a stand-alone structure and is afforded maximum privacy by lush, mature, flowering landscaping. Kayaks ready and waiting for you to explore the marine life.

FEBRUARY POINT - Situated on a private 80 acre peninsula, February Point, a private & gated community which has the Rusty Anchor Restaurant, the Seaview Spa, two infinity pools, private marina, two secluded beaches, tennis courts, workout facilities, fiber optic internet – all are no more than a 0-4 minute walk from the villa. Everything is FAMILY FRIENDLY! ***The private marina is available for overnight boat docking.***

Consider renting a boat to explore Elizabeth Harbour, Stocking Island, Crab Cay and the many other beautiful coves and cays only minutes away. Or you can hire a skipper or take the Water Taxi from Government Dock to some of the same places, enjoying the local hospitality at one of the beach bars. The crystalline waters of the entire Harbor offer excellent snorkeling. Scuba diving is also an option through a local dive shop. Enjoy stalking many large bonefish nearby by wading flats or from a boat, either on your own or with a guide. In addition, great deep sea fishing is only minutes away, available by charter. Hire a captain for the day to explore nearby islands.

THE PIGS!!! Choose to take an excursion up the cays OR experience swimming with the local pigs at the Western end of the island. The Guest Info Sheet you'll receive upon booking, explains it all.

In May 2024, a 600 gallon reserve water tank was installed for water interruptions.

Beach & Outdoor Goodies, too! Two kayaks, two adult & 2 kid size life jackets, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, hard and soft cooler and two LL Bean beach bags.

*****The villa keeps all its furnishings up to date and refreshed. That to include updated bed and bath linens, kitchen items, etc.

Sandals Resort Golf Course & Marina can be reached in approximately thirty minutes. Greg Norman designed the golf course. The golf course is closed until further notice.

Très bon séjour
Maison magnifique idéalement située Nous étions une famille de 7 (5 enfants de 4 à 16 ans) La maison présente tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme à la maison et la vue est sublime (On peut même amarrer le bateau!) le site est gardé Le beach club est très agréable également bref 5/5 a vivement recommander!

Une villa parfaite dans un cadre paradisiaque
Une très jolie maison, avec tout le confort souhaité, spacieuse et bien décorée, très bien placée par rapport aux belles plages de l’ile. Le bar restaurant de la résidence a une très belle plage et une très belle piscine. La communication avec Patty a été parfaite. Nous garderons un souvenir merveilleux de nos vacances!

Beautiful and accessible
We stayed for 10 days in February. We loved the house so much! It is beyond beautiful and well kept. Sea Star Villa has everything you need: kayaks, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen utensils, and everything is easy to find and use. We did tend to run out of hot water if all 6 adults showered to close in time, but we just managed our time better so not really a big deal. The area was extremely safe and comfortable and it was less then a 5 minute drive into George Town to get groceries or eat at restaurant. Please go to the Rusty Anchor on property and enjoy delicious food and drinks. The staff are amazing especially Lindisha, Brittney, and general manager Dennis. Also this house was less windy then other properties at February Point. Margaret was easily reachable if we had any questions. We will be back!!

Margaret was an amazing host who went above and beyond for us when we missed our flight due to delays. The house was beautiful and location was perfect. We could have been content never leaving the villa and just enjoying the snorkeling and kayaking out our back door. Everything was ideal and we will absolutely stay here again!

We had such an amazing stay at Sea Star Villa! Margaret was so helpful. She went above and beyond to provide information about the island, was quick to answer questions, and made sure that our stay was perfect. The villa was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach gear, kayaks, even reusable grocery bags - she thought of literally everything to make it home away from home. The villa is in a great location for getting to town, has two beautiful pools within walking distance, and the view from the back porch makes you feel like you’re in paradise. We couldn’t have asked for more!

SeaStarVilla is a lovely house on the water in Exuma. You look out the large windows and see a number of large boats at anchor, people kayaking, snorkeling, shelling and just enjoying the Bahamas. It is convenient to George Town for shopping. Either way you go up or down the Island there are beautiful beaches and fun places to eat.

One of the most thorough and thoughtful hosts we’ve ever worked with! The house is in a perfect location for exploring Exuma, with many thoughtful touches throughout that kept us from having to pack beach towels, cooler, floats, etc. The kitchen is very well equipped and well maintained. A restaurant & marina on site are a definite plus. Turtles and rays and colorful fish swim right up to the water’s edge behind the house. We would most definitely stay here again!! Wonderful, relaxing stay!!

We had an amazing stay at Seastar Villa. The house had everything we needed and plenty of beach towels which was great! We enjoyed sitting outside looking at the gorgeous view with our morning coffee. We loved the central location of the Villa to Georgetown and the close proximity to many restaurants. The added bonus of being in February Point in the gated community made us feel very safe on the island and the gate staff were just lovely! We went out with Captain Graeme and explored the northern exumas and that was by far our favorite day. We went out on clear kayaks with TT Water sports and enjoyed the views and learned all about Moriah Harbour and finished the afternoon with a must stop at Tropic Breezes for lunch. We rented a boat from Exuma boat rental for 3 days but it was returned to them damaged and had to have a part replaced so we only had the boat for two days and that ended up being fine with us as we ended up spending the day exploring beaches by land. We enjoyed swimming with the turtles at Hoopers bay and hanging out at chat and chill. We would’ve preferred to do another chartered boat day and only a daily rental of the boat since it was our first time on the island. We didn’t have reception in the harbour on our phones like they said we should and the boats don’t come with GPS so we did a lot of guessing as to if we were making it to all the hot spots we wanted to hit. I think doing a chartered day around Great Exuma first would’ve been better.

Family getaway
This property was exactly as shown. It was large, clean, very well appointed and in a terrific location. We loved being on the water, making it easy to swim or take out the kayaks that were provided. The amenities were modern and everything worked well with no problems. The gated community was safe with a good fitness centre, lovely pool and a very good restaurant. The location was good for exploring the island. We were about 40 minutes from both Tropic of Cancer beach to the south and Exuma point to the north. The property is right next to Georgetown so it was easy to get supplies. Margaret was an incredible host! She gave us lots of details about the property, surrounding area and local events of interest. She gave us many great suggestions for what to do and see. Check in was a breeze and the villa had everything we needed. We felt we were in good hands with Margaret. We had a wonderful 6 day stay. We highly recommend this property and Margaret!

The house was exactly as pictured and we were pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities in the house that we didnt even think of. The beach bag, cooler, and water bottles were amazing as we rented a boat for the week. And the brita water filter was great so that we didn’t have to buy bottled water. There were plenty of beach towels and it was nice to be able to throw them in the dryer at night so we could use them again the next day. We were able to moor the boat at the house during the day which really helped for quick stops and for when we wanted to unload the boat before docking for the night. The location of the house to the February Point beach club and marina was a short walk and that proved to be very convenient. Margaret was the most attentive host that I have ever worked with and made us feel so at ease because we knew if we had any questions/issues, we could get ahold of her quickly. She was very thorough and proactive in providing us information. This was our first trip to Exuma and we plan to go back. February Point was the PERFECT location and Sea Star Villa was the PERFECT property. Now that we have been spoiled, we don’t want to stay anywhere else!

Wow - this home is amazing in every way! From the owner Margaret and host Anna, location and the view - I am not sure how you could improve this experience! We had a trip of a lifetime! Sea Star Villa is a great place to start all your Exuma adventures - rent a boat and moor it right at the house, walk up the hill to the club for an amazing pool experience or drive 2 minutes to Georgetown. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed Tim and Laura - April 2023

Beautiful home with amazing views. Just a great place to relax. We saw small and gigantic starfish snorkeling and so many fish in so many colors, shapes and sizes. For a family with older teens it’s perfect for privacy or hanging out as a group. We’d love to go back or just move in.. So happy we stayed at the Sea Star Villa. I’d say better experience than staying at the resorts. Love the privacy and getting to go to the local shops. Also, shout out to Exuma Water Sports. Our second time with them and we were not disappointed.

This house was magnificent. It was as described if not even better than described. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location to Georgetown was important for our group and made things a little easier to get to the market, restaurants etc. Having a restaurant on property was very convenient since it can be challenging to find places to eat at times. We used the work out facilities, the Marina. You just can’t beat having all of those amenities while still being in a remote place like Exuma. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!

Relaxation, a view and luxury accommodations.
We had one of the most relaxing vacation getaways when we spent the week at Sea Star Villa on Great Exuma, Bahamas. The Villa was perfection personified with the owner having paid great attention to all the small details to make for a wonderful experience. The view of Elizabeth Harbour from Sea Star Villa is spectacular from February Point. Right on the water with its own mooring buoy and rental access to a private boat slip on property made our rental of a boat very easy. The Exumas were beautiful and the people extremely friendly. We made some great memories during this vacation.
