Hotel très zen et Super !

Nous avons dormi une nuit à cet hotel qui se trouve dans la réserve de van long . Une chambre duplex familial qui était très grande avec 2 lits simples à l étage et un lit king size en bas . Une grande salle de bains avec baignoire et douche . Nous avons mangé au restaurant organic restaurant très bon ! Addition pour 3 adultes et 3 enfants avec boissons environ 50€ assez cher mais copieux et bon. Pâtes pour les enfants au menu . Très bonne installation piscine intérieure chaude ! À recommander

Good facilities: indoor pool etc. Room was fine but nothing special. Mixed quality breakfast. First the staff seemed friendly and flexible. Then we asked for a chair for the balcony. The only way to get the chair would be to pay for a room upgrade. Anyways they were burning trash outside so no need for the chair after all. Also some dust from the nearby factories. Overpriced tours and restaurant. Luckily some local options available. So overall we were expecting more and Emeralda did not compare very well to the other resorts we stayed during our trip.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Hotelanlage gefällt mir. Saubere Zimmer, gepflegte Umgebung. Ausflüge in der Umgebung sind zu Empfehlen. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit weiter empfehlen.
