Amazing New Construction Lodge sur l'incroyable rivière Adirondack avec ses cascades. OMGosh ... c'est ce que vous allez dire quand vous verrez ce site. Il n'y a rien d'autre comme ce site et Lodge.
Le pavillon de 2200 pieds carrés se trouve sur 2. 6 acres de pin blanc vieux avec 608 pieds de front de mer bordant la rivière Independence. La rivière a de grandes chutes, de petites chutes, des piscines naturelles, des îles, des affleurements rocheux, des trous pour nager, et quelle vue étonnante et sonne directement depuis le grand porche couvert. Être situé sur une impasse privée vous donne une grande intimité.
Faites une belle promenade facile le long du bord de la rivière et profitez des nombreuses sections de la rivière. Profitez d'un feu de camp dans notre foyer donnant directement sur la rivière.
Lorsque vous entrez dans le nouveau pavillon construit sur mesure, vous entrez directement dans la Grande salle avec ses plafonds cathédrale, ses poutres apparentes, ses garnitures personnalisées et son incroyable savoir-faire. (Photos intérieures à venir). Meubles haut de gamme, appareils ménagers, revêtements de sol sont partout. Une cuisine ouverte et une salle à manger avec des comptoirs en bois naturels et des barres de comptoir en bois naturel de 3 pouces d'épaisseur donnent une excellente sensation Adirondack. Une cheminée électrique en pierre naturelle dans la pièce centrale avec un aspect de flamme et de chaleur réels contribue à son apparence Ensuite, sortez vers le grand porche couvert avec une vue imprenable. Le porche a des balustrades naturelles de poteau de pruche et de cèdre.
Lors de votre séjour dans ce lodge, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de Otter Creek State Forest.

Firstly the house was amazing. Very clear a lot of thought went into the construction, finishes, and décor. The kitchen was well-appointed (above average) even with a few spices, seasonings, and condiments. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Besides the beautiful house the river behind it and the view was fantastic. Immediately relaxing and picturesque. It snowed while we were staying and you could make a postcard from the view. Sadly it was too cold to go in the river, but we will be back in the warmer months.We rented a snowmobile, went snow shoeing on the nearby horse trails, and went out to eat quite a few times. Great location for that region, close to Boonville, Turin, and Lowville.Great host communication, flawless execution on the house. No regrets.

Beautiful place to stay on the river. The sound of the rushing waters was the background music of a very soothing weekend away. Of course it rained almost the whole time we were here but the cabin was more than comfortable. You know that a lot of thought was put in to making a stay here feel like a home away from home. Everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with more than you could possibly need. I’ve stayed in quite a few places where it felt like the furniture and appliances were used leftovers or were gotten from a 2nd hand warehouse. Everything here was placed to make your stay feel like home. I can’t say enough good things about our stay.

River Wonderland
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful riverfront paradise. The sound of the river was tranquil and lovely to hear while drifting to sleep. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time exploring the river, its islands, and natural flat rock waterslides. My son enjoyed fishing the river and caught a lot of fish. The house set up was great for multiple family members and having private spaces when needed. The firepit and view were a treat for making smores and spending time together in the evening. I'd rent it again in a heartbeat. Clean and well stocked.

New York getaway
Chose this property for relaxation and family time. It was perfect. Beautiful house right on the Independence River. The kitchen had a great selection of pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. Beds comfortable. Upper deck for morning coffee. Lower patio with the cleanest grill I have seen in a VRBO house. We also used the outdoor fire pit for smores one night. We took a couple of day trips —to Inlet for kayaking and to Cooperstown to see Hall of Fame. We all loved this house and are very appreciative to the owners for sharing it.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway
The cabin and surroundings are gorgeous and so peaceful. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the river. The cabin has everything you need for your stay, is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect getaway
Almost forgot to post. I almost don’t want to as I don’t want the schedule to fill up so we can’t get a week next year. From the moment we pulled in to the time we left, we were in awe. There is NOTHING you need to bring. Keurig and cornhole boards even. This place is so well worth the price. Looking forward to this place again next year for our much needed rest and relaxation. We had a great time at the lodge it is big enough for a larger number of guests. It gave me quality time with my spouse and my brother and sisters and allowed them to relax and take in the scenery. It happened to snow during our visit which really was a great event for us, we watched the weather take hold while we were nice and warm in the lodge, we got to start a fire in the firepit after it snowed allowing use to take in the scene and enjoy the river water scene up close. Amazing place to visit, I highly recommend the cabin.

Long Weekend Escape
The pictures don't do this house or the setting justice! The house is beautiful, immaculately clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. We had very strong winds one of the days we were there and the power went out a couple of times. The generator kicked on immediately and ran everything in the house. The views of the river and the sound of the water were just awesome! We will absolutely be returning in the future!

Great place!
We had eight people and the stay was great. There was ample space for all of us and it was more than comfortable with a larger group of people. The kitchen was completely stocked with cooking utensils and supplies, which was convenient as we all took turns cooking large meals throughout the stay. The river was beautiful, they had tons of board games available, lots of outdoor seating, and the atmosphere was very homey. We already discussed another stay before departing and look forward to booking this property again.

One of a kind

A little piece of heaven
This property is everything we could have asked for and more. It was one of the most relaxing trips we have ever taken. Falling asleep to the sound of the river was a highlight and the crisp fall air when we woke up was invigorating. This was by far the most well stocked rental we have stayed at and cleanliness was top tier as well. Ralph (owner) was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to ensure we had a great trip.
