AWFUL.z Poor management & maintenance ruins this good potential. If you have special needs they do answer emails or return calls prior to arrival. The front offices close @7pm. If you have issues after that, there is absolutely no recourse. We arrived at around 8pm and it was a bit confusing as we were told we would get a checkin text. We fiddled with the unclear virtual key checkin for a before realizing hours later that there was an earlier text with instructions for a lockbox and physical key checkin. The roomed look close to expected. However, the deadbolt on front door was defective & would not connect. Unsafe. The bathroom door was missing the entire cylinder to the lock & wouldn't close. There were stains in the couch, shower curtain, & wall which also had chips in places. Lightbulbs were missing. Kitchen not fully equipped. Barstool broken. Filthy floors. There were no extra blankets or comforters. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER THE ENTIRE STAY!!!! No answers to any of our requests for help. Accidentally left a small rug behind---& was told their policy is to assume if you leave something you don't want --not that you foegot it!--- and they throw it away unless jewelry/electronics. What an awful way to treat guests. I'm devastated & don't recommend .
