Granby Ranch Ski Resort Condo! Welcome to one of the nicest ski in, ski out properties in the area.

This beautifully decorated 2 bed 2 bath condo has plenty of room for 7 people to enjoy the amenities of Ski Granby Ranch!

There is a full size pull out sofa bed, a bunk bed with single on top and double on the bottom in the 2nd bedroom and queen in the master.

Xfininty cable upgrades and new 55” flatscreens in each room.

This location can't be beat with views out the back patio of the ski hill, where you can watch your kids and friends come down the slopes. It is true ski out and ski in.

This condo comes with ski locker, community lodge area, clubhouse, pool and hot tub.

Enjoy this amazing mountain community. Golf course, summer camp and amazing ski camp and ski instruction.

This family-friendly condo has nice valley views and features a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare mouth-watering meals and snacks for the group, a gas fireplace to keep you all nice and warm during your stay, free WiFi, washer/dryer, and ski locker access. Please note that covered parking is in a shared garage and available for one vehicle.

Located at the base of the mountain in Granby Ranch, you can't beat this ski-in/ski-out location! Base Camp One is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all the recreational activities in our area, with back door access to ski and bike and close access to Golf Granby Ranch. Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30-minute drive.

Granby Ranch has recently changed their policy for guest use of the community pool and community trails. Here are the details:

Pool: If you would like to use the community pool or hot tub, you will need to purchase a daily guest pass at the pool for $10 (per person, per day). Children 8 and under are free and this also includes access to the clubhouse, game room and fitness center. For a pass to be issued you must provide proof that you are staying in this home. The welcome email or the confirmation email, showing the address, should suffice.

Trails: Granby Ranch is a little different from other ski resorts on federal land. Consisting of trails on primarily private land, all guests riding or hiking on either cross country trails or our lift-accessed downhill network must possess a valid pass or ticket product. Guests must also sign a waiver. Rates and tickets are available here: https://granbyranch.com/bike/ One exception to this requirement is the Granby-to-Fraser trail, which does not require a pass or waiver.

The Base Camp is a ski-in/ski-out, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that offers the best of Granby Ranch any time of the year! This lovely home is in an ideal location, steps from the base lodge, which allows for quick and easy access to the ski lifts at Granby Ranch, hiking and biking trails, world class golfing and fishing. Just head downstairs and out the back door to begin your ski or bike adventures!

Located within the Base Camp One condo building, this spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay (updated finishes, tasteful furniture and modern electronics). Perfect for families, this property sleeps up to 7 adults. Parking is a breeze with the heated underground garage. You can arrive at Granby Ranch, park your car, unload your bags on a luggage cart and take the elevator up to the unit. No bundling up and trudging through the ice and snow to unload for your vacation.

The condo includes a gas fireplace, spacious dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and cozy living area that provides ample room for your group to lounge. It’s warm, upgraded finishes and cozy furnishings provide a creative, homey touch to this mountain getaway. A balcony looking out to the ski hill provides space to fire up the grill or relax and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.

This condo was a perfect condo for our family to get a ski trip in before Christmas. The condo is located right at the base of Granby Ranch. This was one of the best stocked condos we have stayed in. It had everything one could ask for. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it has everything needed to prepare a full meal. The bedrooms were very comfortable and allowed us to rest up between ski days. If you are looking for a nice condo at the base of Granby Ranch I highly recommend this one.

What a beautiful place, super clean and lots of room. The full kitchen was great for a quick lunch while skiing. Nice patio overlooking the slopes made it easy to keep an eye on the kids. We have very much enjoyed staying at this wonderful slope-side condo. This is the fourth time we have stayed in this unit and we plan to return again next year. Just steps from the Granby Ranch lodge and the lifts Basecamp at Granby Ranch couldn’t be in a better location. The condo is stocked with most everything you need for your ski (or summer) vacation at Granby Ranch. The hosts are kind, responsive and always pleasant. You will have a wonderful time staying here!! Absolutely FABULOUS Stay
I honestly cannot say enough great things about this property. The owners sent me everything I needed to know prior to the trip and answered my questions very quickly. The condo has everything one could ever need (even fans, medicines, and razors!!) and truly felt like home. It is located literally steps away from Granby Ranch (ski rentals and lift) and has a balcony with a perfect view of the lift and ski slope. I don't think we ever heard a neighbor, yet everyone we interacted with was very friendly. We had a fabulous time and cannot recommend this property enough.

This property has a wonderful location. When we took our toddler to nap during the day, I could walk on the balcony and still watch my kids and husband ski down the mountain. So even though I couldn't be down there, I could still watch. It was the best stocked rental I have had from the kitchen to the bathrooms, it had everything. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. We bought groceries and the pantry door in the kitchen was locked, so we didn't have much space to put away the groceries so that made the kitchen sort of cluttered when we were cooking. It could also use a little more drawers or hangers in the bedroom with the bunk beds because there wasn't much space to unpack all the stuff if you left the extra beds in the closet. The host was quick to respond to our request to get in earlier than the arrival time since the property was already clean. However, it was a wonderful place to stay. We have already recommended it to friends and also plan to come stay here again.

We enjoyed our weekend ski trip to Granby Ranch in this wonderful condo. This unit is clean, well maintained and has all of the amenities you could ever want, and more. The owners are well organized and provide everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay from arrival to departure. The whole family loved this unit its proximity to the ski lifts and lodge. We would stay here again.
