INSIDE THE HOME
This home features four bedrooms and one full bathroom. A streamlined kitchen layout with two high-top dining areas offers a versatile, movable kitchen island and wood flooring.

Upon entering the open and inviting living room, you will find enough room for the whole crew, with ample natural lighting. Brand new furniture and furnishings throughout. The L-shaped sectional and leather lounger encouraging all to find comfort.

Step into the front room, and take a deep breath. You’re here, and now you can start looking for the perfect beach spot to layout the beach towels BVW Unsalted Vacations has provided for every guest!

Need some privacy now? Well, you have newly carpeted rooms to choose from, each one hosting brand new bedroom furniture and individual temperature climates. three upstairs bedrooms offering refreshing views and the best lighting for the perfect photos.

Sunset View’s main floor hosts a full bathroom. Complete with Shower and Soak with plenty of room to get ready for a night on the town.

OUTSIDE
Prefer to stay lakeside and cook outdoors? Sunset View provides a perched patio complete with a natural gas Grill, along with a charcoal grill. Fire it up, and gather everyone together for that fine home-cooked meal! This home has all the cookware and tools needed for any beach breakfast, lunch, dinner or BBQ.

BVW Unsalted Vacations welcomes you to Grand Haven’s Sunset View, ready to host 8 guests with ample private parking.

SLEEPING
This unit sleeps eight. All bed and bath linens are provided. All four bedrooms each host one queen bed.

PARKING
There is space for four (4) vehicles in front of the home.

Downtown Grand Haven is one mile away, and features loads of great restaurants, coffee shops, toy stores and more. If you’re looking for a family friendly location with great food and shopping, this is it!

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
