Newly renovated, the space provides unbeatable luxury and cleanliness. Although you may be visiting to venture out into historic Grand Haven, the condo will make it hard to want to leave!

Conveniently located off US 31 and a short walk to downtown Grand Haven, everything you need to make your trip amazing is minutes away! Guests often choose to spend the day at Lake Michigan Beach, dine at one of the many local restaurants, explore the boardwalk, partake in the best shopping, and more! Just underneath the condo lives a retail space with a few restaurants, an ice cream shop, dry cleaner, and other amazing shops to visit. The adventures are endless in Grand Haven, and the location of this unit makes it within reach to experience everything!

KITCHEN AND LIVING
The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. The white finishes provide a modern, luxurious feel. We offer a coffee bar in the kitchen where you can make yourself a warm cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise from the expansive balcony. With an open floor plan, a plethora of seating, an electronic fireplace, and a television, the kitchen and living area provides an amazing space for guests to sit back and relax after a long day. For dining, the condo offers a unique table for two and 6 comfortable seats around the kitchen island.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need including directions, access codes, and instructions so you'll be ready to rest, relax and rejuvenate!
