Venez profiter d'une vue sur la campagne à seulement 4,1 miles du centre-ville de Palisade. Cet appartement confortable, propre et récemment mis à jour est connecté à notre ferme mais est complètement fermé à clé et privé pour nos clients. Pas d'espace partagé. Nous sommes idéalement situés juste à côté de la route des fruits et du vin Palisade. Vous profiterez d'une vue magnifique sur le mont. Garfield se profile au nord et le Grand Mesa à l'est. Asseyez-vous sur le porche, buvez du café et planifiez vos aventures! C'est la vie à la campagne à son meilleur!

Cet appartement récemment rénové dispose d'une chambre avec un lit king-size. Le salon et la kitchenette sont combinés. Il y a un micro-ondes, un mini-réfrigérateur, un évier et un brûleur électrique. Nous avons une cafetière goutte à goutte avec filtres, café, sucre et crémier. Nous pouvons accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes (pensez à l'étanchéité de l'hôtel) avec les 3ème et 4ème personnes dormant sur le tout nouveau canapé-lit. Vous avez votre propre salle de bain reliée à l'appartement avec une combinaison baignoire / douche normale. Nous avons un barbecue juste à l'extérieur, un petit porche et un parking illimité. Notre très sympathique jack russell aboient probablement plusieurs fois, mais il est inoffensif. Nous avons 2 jeunes enfants, il est donc possible que vous les voyiez ou les entendiez jouer. Nous avons quelques poulets et produits du jardin en saison.
Lors de votre séjour dans cette maison de vacances, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de Colterris at the Overlook. Parmi les prestations de cet hébergement, on compte un bain à remous. Great location for family fun
The barn house was perfect for our family skiing vacation to Powderhorn. The home is well decorated and equipped and the hot tub was wonderful apres skiing! Would recommend this home for those planning on a vacation in the Grand Junction area.

From the gas fireplace to the comfortable living room to the great beds and incredible kitchen, we wished we were staying longer to take advantage of all the great things available on the property. We had an excellent stay at the little red barn. The property was exactly as described. It was perfectly appointed, comfortable, and no one wanted to leave. From the bedding to the hot tub and the fresh eggs in the fridge upon arrival, we couldn’t have been happier. We will be back!

OMG this was just so perfect for me. I was looking for a quiet, peaceful place to write some music and do some dreaming... this was THE place. The barn is clean and modern and very comfortable. The hot tub was delightful. Location is beautiful, including views of Little Book Cliffs, horses next door, and all the surrounding fields/farms. The loft bedroom was quite warm in late summer - appreciate the portable a/c, but it is loud. Could use another towel rack or hook in the bathroom, and an additional nightlight or small lamp to illuminate way down from the loft to bathroom.

My husband and I like to stay in Palisade every year or so. This was our first stay at the Red Barn. It was fantastic. Fabulous setting, fabulous accommodation!
The Red Barn exceeded our expectations. The place was beautifully decorated with more than adequate furnishings and amazing attention to detail. Felt like a home. The country setting was SO peaceful with beautiful views. Enjoyed the hot tub and loved sitting around the fire pit in the evening. We also enjoyed watching the chickens. Daughters graduation
Beautiful place to stay while attending our daughter’s graduation from CMU. So relaxing and very comfortable. Loved everything from beds to outdoor hang out area. Visited local wineries that were all very close. I will be booking again, can’t wait! The Schoenbaums

The barn was beautiful - comfy beds, well equipped kitchen (and a cupboard with some essential items) and the appliances were terrifc. Comfy seating in the living room. Lots of extra blankets incase of a cold spell. The best part for my husband was the amazing grill. And the fresh eggs from their hens were quite a treat. We will be coming back!!

The red barn was very clean and charming. We got in a bit later than expected and host left the lights on for us! The chickens were fun to feed them our leftover pizza (crust). Wish we had more time to enjoy the other amenities but we were just passing through and on a tight schedule. Would stay again if ever come back this way.

Stop scrolling and book!
Easy to find, welcoming from the time you hit the driveway! Impeccable farmhouse charm that makes you feel like you’ve known Leah and her family for years, and by staying there, you are a part of their family (look through their guide book and read the story of the superheroes that live next door). The barn is clean, linens smell fresh without the smell of harsh cleaning supplies, eggs and creamer are in the fridge, coffee in the cabinet, two-ply toilet paper in the bathroom, and the most comfortable beds/mattresses I’ve slept on in my life. If you are looking for a small, comfortable place, you do not need to look elsewhere. We will be back!

Everything was extremely clean and placement of random things such as blankets and towels were thoughtful. There isn't any loud roosters at the crack of dawn, and the kids loved seeing all the animals around the property. Thank you!

My sister , nephews, and I stayed here for her birthday trip. Beautiful, clean and quiet. The house was just the right size for our family. We enjoyed being able to spread out a bit, play games and spend time together. The boys used the hot tub.

Beautiful Barn House
We loved our stay at the Barn House. It was larger than we expected and was very comfortable and clean. I loved the view out of the kitchen window in the morning of the horses grazing in the field. The views were breathtaking and we enjoyed all of the amazing amenities this property offers. Highly recommend. Just be aware of the requirement for a large deposit or purchase of damage insurance on top of the rental price.
