This lovely secluded cottage is perched atop the Cacapon Mountain, minutes away from the bustling little town of Berkeley Springs. Come to relax and enjoy close company. Whether it's grilling on the patio, sitting around the fire, or taking a dip in the Cacapon River, you can enjoy all of the ample outdoor amenities on this spacious property while taking in the mountain view. In the evening, play a game of billiards, watch a movie, or enjoy a soak in the hot tub on a cold night and watch the stars.
The cottage has two queen size beds, a pull-out couch, two full bathrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen.
Please Note: 1) This house is not suitable for children under 10 due to safety concerns. Additionally, the spiral staircase leading to the lower bedroom may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility, but this bedroom is at ground level and may also be accessed from the sun room or game room.
2) During winter storms, we try to get the plow up there on the same day, but we may be unable to prep the driveway prior to your arrival or departure, so you may need a 4WD for your safe passage.
