Loved the home
We completely enjoyed this place. I got to play withAlexa, the dogs loved the yard. We had great hikes,able to walk to a bakery for bread, walk to pizza place,ate outside with dogs, Greenville has the beautifuldowntown park complete with waterfalls. Area was concerning at first, but no problems at all.

Cozy get away
Traveled with my family of 5 and 2 dogs for a 4 day stay in Greenville SC. Checkin was a breeze with a coded lock. The house had an open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and nice bathrooms close by. Very large backyard that the dogs really enjoyed.House was cozy with updated decor and nice host amenities.

Great stay with family!
Myself, my husband, our toddler, and my parents had a wonderful stay here a few weeks ago! The house was exactly as described, very clean, and communicating with the hosts was fast and easy. We especially enjoyed the backyard with our child. And the location is great, close to downtown and everywhere we needed to go. Would definitely recommend, and we would stay here again!

Fire pit was a total win. It’s close enough to the city center (easy 12-minute drive) but far enough away to feel slightly more in the country. Occasional train sounds. No major barking dog issues. (Cute little doghouse in the gated back porch.) People who want time away from city bustle should consider this place.

We traveled from PA to Furman University. This home is beautiful, our dog loved the fenced back yard. The beds were cozy and the house is filled with charm. The neighbors were kind and you can walk for coffee and restaurants.

Cute Cottage in Greenville!
Mills Cottage was the perfect space for our weekend in Greenville! We were traveling with our baby and dog for a wedding nearby and couldn’t have asked for a better space. The house was clean, charming, and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. We were just a 5-minute drive from downtown, where there were many cute restaurants, shops, and sights. The only thing I’d flag is that there are some tricky stairs to access the top level - nothing we couldn’t handle, just take it slow!

Fantastic property, perfect location!
The mill cottage was a fantastic stay for my husband and 2 dogs. We were in town for a running race, and it was the perfect location to the West End restaurants and shops…and just a short drive to downtown Greenville. The house itself was very well-equipped and laid out. The little touches that the host have included made it very welcoming and cozy. I would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Great Pre Celebration Weekend Get Away
My son Loves Greenville and wanted to start his Birthday week celebrating here. Greenville downtown is one of his favorite spots. This home was in the perfect location. Located in the historical area, we were minutes from everything. The home offered all of the comforts of home. We enjoyed meals, exercising and just having fun on the deck and the spacious backyard. My boys had fun playing the board games. We enjoyed relaxing in the rocking chairs on the front porch after returning from all day walking around Unity and Reddy on the river parks. Great dinning spots all around. We were happy to come home to comfy beds after a full day exploring.We loved it here,and we would stay again.

Mill Cottage stay
My husband and I spent a week in Greenville at Mill Cottage with our Beagle and had a great time! The cottage was well-equipped and well-stocked for a comfortable stay. The backyard is fantastic for pets and the fire pit is a nice bonus. The decor is charming, too! We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Home Away From Home
This little house was like a home away from home. The owners provided anything and everything to make our stay comfortable. Loved the fenced in back yard we were able to bring out pets and didn't have to worry. The owners had everything labeled (which I loved). Convenient to plenty of dining opportunities and a very short drive to downtown Greenville. We were there the entire week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Mike and Sandra really hit a home run with this place.

Great location for our girls trip
Amazing property they thought of everything right down to the marshmallow roasting sticks for the fire pit. It was clean, beautiful, and quiet. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the smaller downtown area for breakfast and had lots of options for dinner as well. Plenty to do in the house they even provide Cornhole. They also provided lots of information on the greater Greenville area. It was like staying with an old friend. Check-in was easy and they provided information on every detail of the house. Hope to stay again at this wonderful property!

Charming Little Cottage!
Stayed in this charming house for a long weekend! It is completely updated, with some of the original bones mixed in. The house was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Both the management company and the owner were very responsive and answered questions quickly. Easy drive to downtown Greenville. We were out most of the weekend so we didn't get to take advantage of the cute backyard deck and fire pit. We will definitely rent this house again!
