3. Falls Park on the Reedy River- This is a favorite of locals and tourists alike! This beautiful park overlooks a gorgeous downtown waterfall in the heart of the city!
4. Swamp Rabbit Trail- A beautiful trail that takes you into the heart of the city, and runs for miles! Enjoy bike rides, runs, or a stroll with a cup of coffee in the morning.
5. Peace Center for the Performing Arts

Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

3. Note, we do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. Please remember that you are staying in the heart of downtown- there is a chance you can hear the street noise if cars or people are being loud. Do not expect it to be perfectly quiet in the apartment.

7. If you have a large party, book our sister property (The Red Door Apartment) right next door and have 5 bedrooms right beside each other!

8. We provide complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to me day or night, and I will provide you with a swift response.

9. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay!

Great condo in a great location.
I was here for work and others stated, since it’s downtown it can be a bit noisy, however the owners provide noise machines and fans which really helped to drown the noise. The condo was great and very well equipped for my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Not ready when promised!
Well, after a long 9 1/2 hour drive, we were ready to enjoy our stay in a beautiful new location for us! Wrong, had no code to get into the place. Called and waited for a text with the access code. Got up the flight of stairs to see that the apartment was not clean! Been a while since the last people to stay. Called the number to see what was up, remote customer service person really needs to mute his roosters in the background. Long story short, mistakes were made, cleaner was not aware that this unit was not ready. Was told to wake in our car, which was in a parking garage a block away, mind you, we brought up our luggage, to go sit in our car. This did not start off well. The strobe alarm with the commercial fire alarm system was strobing every 15 seconds! I was told to disconnect the smoke detector! Life safety aside, this was not only mounted 9 feet on a wall, but it was something you CANNOT disconnect. The rooster man told me the cleaning lady would fix it. We are not 2 1/2 hours of waiting for something to happen. The manager was to call me, after being disconnected twice, she did call back. I told her that when we were booking, there were two apartments close to each other. I told her I wanted the other one since we have not been able to do anything with the strobe alarm. I did meet the cleaning lady, very nice, she suggested she could put a piece of duct tape over the strobe to stop it? Life safety should be first!

We absolutely loved the location and the apartment. I will say that I wished it had a few more kitchen items including some more utensils, pots and pans and dishes as we like to cook some of the time we are out of town. Overall, can not complain. Would love to stay again!

The Red Door Apartment
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was super clean, had everrything we would need and in such a great location in the city. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the Swamp Rabbit Trail a lot. We ate at a couple of places near by, The Windy City Burgers had a fantastic burgers, homeade fries and they even make their burger buns. Great little hole in the wall. Also, Cafe West. Nice service and they had fantastic sandwiches w fruit, chips and homeade shakes. If you want a convenient location and want to be able to explore the city and walk to all the places this is def the place to stay.

Fun downtown loft
This property is a very nice home base convenient to downtown Greenville. It is spacious, extremely clean and equipped with a nice kitchen which I appreciate when traveling. I recommend staying here. Two things I would note for fellow travelers: location in the center of the city means there is street noise. As a former Manhattanite it was no problem for me, but others may struggle with it. There is also a long staircase upstairs to keep in mind if you have mobility issues.

Great location to walk to shops, restaurants, bars, parks. Great beds, sizable rooms, comfortable living space. Suggestions: timely sending of door code (prior to 4p check-in); towel racks or hooks in all rooms and bathrooms; full-length mirror; bath mats (NOT stained rugs); finish painting. We’d absolutely stay there again. Just suggesting a few more conveniences for multiple occupants.

Wonderful accommodations, fantastic location! There is street noise but not enough to keep us awake. The owners have sound machines in each bedroom to help with the street noise which I enjoyed. Proximity to parking garages was helpful. We will be back!

Cute place in downtown Greenville
The apartment was well kept and had all of the necessities. It was close to downtown and within walking distance of Main Street. The only negative was that it was quite noisy at night with people constantly driving by revving their engines and people walking by outside. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

We enjoyed our visit. The property is on the outside perimeter of downtown Greenville but still convenient enough to walk anywhere we wanted to go. It is on a louder, busier street than we expected, but that didn’t prevent us from enjoying our visit.

Great Little Loft
Great location and the place is super cute and perfect for a visit to Greenville. Like others have said, it can get a bit noisy at night with people revving their engines. (No idea why?) It didn’t bother us though and we had a great time!!

Great place and location!!
This is a wonderfully updated apartment with fun features. They have a giant bean bag to lay on and super comfy beds! The only downside is one thing that can’t really be controlled is the noise from downtown area. They have a white noise machine but sometimes the noise from downtown just can’t be controlled. It is truly a great location with walking distance to everywhere downtown!

The place is an a GREAT location. Parking is easy and inexpensive in the near by garage. So convenient to walk to all the shopping and dining in the area. Home was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive to messages. As other reviewers had mentioned, it is loud from the road noise. But that did not bother us. We would stay here again.

Excellent stay downtown
Great property and great location! Just a block from Main St and all the shopping and street events. Given that, remember that you are in fact staying downtown in a vibrant city. You will hear the consequences of this later in the evenings than you may be used to. The trade off is absolutely worth it though. Walking distance to everything and a real sense of feeling the city. The kitchen had pretty much anything you would need and the appliances are modern and easy to use. The bean bag chair in the living area is amazingly comfortable! This is definitely a 5 star property. A couple of misses and changes needed to be addressed, however. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms. Small issue, but should be there. Also on the subject of bathrooms. The listing says "2 full baths" .. it is not. It's 1 1/2 baths. Only one shower/bath in the apartment. Finally a small change .. the directions listed Ayers Leather below the property; it is actually across the street now. Excellent place to stay and we'd definitely stay again! Thanks for a great weekend!
