The modern building complex is in Alberese, opposite the entrance to the visitor centre of the nature reserve “Parco Regionale della Maremma”. Here there is also the start of a cycle path that leads to the seaside. In the immediate vicinity there is also a bus stop for the shuttle bus to the beach 7km away.

The holiday apartments have elegant interiors and provide every comfort and convenience: air conditioning, heating, a TV, a garden and a terrace with a table for dining outdoors, a roof terrace, a private car parking space, a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer compartment, tableware and cookware, a weekly change of bed linen, fresh hand towels and table linen every three days.

It has a total of three bedrooms (two four-bed rooms and a double room, each with their own balcony and a bathroom with a shower, WC and hairdryer). It also has a big living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen, equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, coffee machine, mini oven and gas stove. Independent heating and air conditioning, a washing machine and fly screens in the windows are also provided.

The outdoor area has a big, roofed, furnished roof terrace that can be illuminated. It is the ideal place to relax or to dine outdoors. The apartment also has a car parking space.
