There's a selection of books and games, and a drop leaf table and three chairs so you can eat at home if you prefer.

This compact kitchen is cleverly designed to make the best use of space with an electric oven and separate grill; four ring hob, a fridge/freezer (3 shelves and veg drawer in the fridge, 2 shelf freezer), a microwave, toaster and kettle. A door opens to the sunny back garden.
SHOWER ROOM
Step down into this chic modern shower room where the large cubicle has a rain shower head and there’s a WC, washbasin, heated towel rail, underfloor heating and window allowing plenty of light in.
UPSTAIRS
Steep wooden stairs rise to the first floor with a rope to steady you and the wooden landing has doors to both bedrooms overlooking the gardens to front and back, with an electric heater in each.
FRONT BEDROOM
Overlooking the front garden, this carpeted room has an attractive double bed with bedside tables and lamps, a chair and a chest of drawers so you can unpack and settle in.
SINGLE/TWIN BEDROOM
This quaint room sits quietly at the back, overlooking the garden. There's a single bed with a pull-out to accommodate a fourth person if required. A little table sits beside the bed and there's a wardrobe, rocking chair, and hooks behind the door.
OUTSIDE
Wenhaston is a pretty village surrounded by Suffolk countryside – great for cycling and walking, with seaside Dunwich and Walberswick (delightful for crabbing) 5 miles away and popular Southwold 7 miles away. Also, a short drive away is Minsmere RSPB reserve and Snape Maltings with its year-round programme of music, art exhibitions, restaurants and craft shops.
At the front of this mid-terraced cottage is a small rustic garden with a path to the front door where you can enjoy the evening sun and listen to the birds. At the back is a larger south/east facing garden with a patio area furnished with a bench and bistro-style table and chairs. The back garden is fully enclosed although it does give access from the road to the neighbouring property (rarely used) and gives you the opportunity to wheel bikes safely to the back.
