It is a great location and base to enjoy local activities, attend Oceano or Maverick’s events, or just enjoy the restaurants and brew-pubs on the coast.
Our house, in El Granada, California, just 3 miles from downtown Half Moon Bay, is lovingly called "The Nest". It is a spacious, inviting, upper-level home that offers a relaxing coastal escape and ocean views. The property features three well-appointed bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms, one of which includes a bathtub for your relaxation.
Inside, you'll find a stylish and beachy ambiance, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. The living space is warm and welcoming and includes a well-equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare meals. The convenience of a washer and dryer is also available, allowing you to pack light for your stay.
For outdoor enjoyment, our property boasts an outdoor entertaining area where you can make a meal on the grill, sit & relax, and relish in the refreshing ocean breeze, and enjoy the propane firepit on cool evenings. This space is perfect for gatherings with family and friends, creating memorable moments during your stay.
The Nest is within walking distance of Pillar Point Harbor and Miramar, with a roughly 20-minute walk to both. Less than a 15-minute walk to Surfer’s Beach and the locally favorite Spangler’s Market make this location ideal. It is a perfect home to access the area, including the Coastal Trail, restaurants, kayaking, weddings, or just soaking in the coastal vibes. It's an ideal retreat for those looking to unwind by the coast and enjoy the beauty of this charming coastal neighborhood.
Please be aware that our property has another unit on the lower level, completely separate and inaccessible to our guests. Other guests or property owners may occupy the lower unit. We provide a washer and dryer conveniently located in the garage for your comfort. To access these facilities, use the door to the left of the hallway bathroom and go down the stairs. Please note that the lower unit cannot access the laundry machines, ensuring your privacy and convenience.
While we respect your privacy, we want to ensure that our property is in top-notch condition for all guests. Therefore, our dedicated house cleaner may use the laundry machines to clean the lower unit. She will access this. Area using a garage door opener.
