The home is located in Hanahan, which is nestled between Summerville, Goose Creek and North Charleston. This home boasts 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and is tastefully decorated. It offers a perfect home for a family vacation. With over 2100 square feet of space to rest, relax, play ping pong, and eat meals together, we are sure you'll feel right at home in this space.

The Space:
The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are all newly furnished with a king bed in both the primary and secondary bedrooms, a queen bed in the third bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the fourth bedroom.

The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen with bright and beautiful countertops with four chairs at the counter a separate dining table with room for 8, a living room, and a game room with ping pong table on your way out to the private in-ground pool.

Please note that the pool is NOT regularly maintained from October through March. If you would like to use the pool during those months, you are welcome to do so, but it is important to note that it is not heated and guests will be responsible for skimming any debris if you choose to use the pool during the off-season.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in Hanahan just 3 miles or an 8-minute drive from Park Circle. It's also just a few minutes from the nearby cities of Goose Creek, North Charleston, and Summerville. This is a quiet neighborhood perfect for a family vacation and is just 15-20 minutes away from downtown Charleston and area beaches like Sullivans, Isle of Palms, and Folly Beach.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of private, off-street parking in the driveway for 4-5 cars.

Must be 25+ to book this property.

Please be considerate of neighbors. No parties or events allowed.

No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.

Pet policy: We do NOT allow pets at this property. Please note that we have a $500 fee any time it is found that a pet has been brought to the property during your stay.

Please note that this property has a propane tank for the grill, but we do not refill/replace empty containers, nor do we reimburse for refills. There may be enough propane for your use from the previous guests, but if not, empty containers can be exchanged at gas stations, grocery stores, etc.

Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
