Pets Allowed: Your four-legged companions are more than welcome! A pet-friendly retreat awaits with a fee of $65 per pet per stay, subject to approval.

Notes:
If a pet hasn't been disclosed and the no pet fee is paid before check-in, and if management later discovers that there is a pet in the condo, a $300 charge/claim will be applied.

Please also acknowledge the following:

1. Based on past experiences, we do not host groups who are all 21 years of age or younger. If your group is 21 years of age or younger, please do not place a reservation without written pre-approval from us. Failure to do so will result in termination of your reservation.

2. Locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval from us. This is to prevent nearby residents from using our property as a party house.

3. Please note that we only release door codes to the person who booked the reservation, and you must provide valid, government issued photo ID.

4. All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. This means all guests entering the property at any point in time counts as a guest. In other words, the definition of a guest is not limited to only those people planning on sleeping inside the property, but to all guests planning to be inside at any given time. For example, if 6 people are going to “hang out” inside, but only 2 people plan on sleeping over, then the guest count selecting during the booking should be “6” not “2.” Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation or an additional charge of $30 per person. We will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

5. We may need to ask for your driver's license for verification during the check-in process.

6. No parties/events. We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners. Therefore, we will know if parties are being held.

This place was awesome and very up to date with all the arrangements for our 12 member stay at hot springs on the weekend. The host was very efficient and prompt to any special requests via email and the check in/check out process was seamless. Will definitely stay at this place next time. Had a great experience!

Beth is an excellent communicator, with detailed and excellent response time. The unit is very close to everything in Harrison and most of the time we just walked to where we were going. The building and unit were easy to get into , given Beths clear instructions. The unit itself, surprizingly was showing some wear, kitchen cabinets by the sink not closing, loose facets. The unit is very large with 4 bebrooms.

Lots of room for a large party, and access method makes it convenient without having to share access keys etc. Close to restaurants, trails, waterfront and hot springs. Property was clean and prepared for our arrival so we were quickly able to start enjoying our time away in Harrison
