Welcome to Rudy's! This getaway space was made to fit any large group of up to 18 people so you can bring the whole family to enjoy all that Heber has to offer. With over 3700 square ft, a Theater Room, Man Cave, and a Hot Tub this is your mountain retreat to escape the world.

Two things that we targeted for your experience here at Rudy’s:

1- A space for everyone. Every bedroom (except 1) is equipped with a TV with your personal remote and access to cable TV. No need to plug in your credentials, but each TV is a smart TV and has the capability to as well.

2- There is something for everyone to do and not feel on top of each other. Whether you decide to stick to the backyard or enjoy the temperature-controlled house, there is plenty of space to talk, play video games, watch a theater-quality movie, or just enjoy each other's company.

Things to note:

-Events or gatherings over 20 must be discussed with the owner before booking.

-The nightly price is for up to 18 people. If more than 18 people are expected to come to the property, for nightly use or DAY use (this includes if they are there 1 hour or 12), we do charge $50 per person per day.

-Parking is limited to 7 vehicles. 5 must be parked in the driveway, and only two are allowed on the street.

-Dogs are allowed ($150 fee per pet) Limit of 3. (Any dog poop found in the backyard is a $75 fee)

-We do not allow ANY events. No weddings.

-A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation.

-We do not provide propane so please bring your own or use one of our tanks to fill up in town.

-Our top bunks of our bunk beds are not made. This helps our cleaners with time between guests. Linens, blankets and pillows are provided for your convenience. Beds can be made for an additional fee of $50. Please message at least 48 hours in advance for beds to be made.

-At the end of your stay we have a list of check-out instructions for you to follow before departure. If you would like to opt out of this we can have the cleaners do the checkout instructions for $100. Please give at least 48 hour notice.

-There is 1 security camera on the property. It is located above the front door and is there for security and safety precautions.

-There is no smoking permitted anywhere in or on the property.
