Perfect for two families, this beautiful home features two floors each with private sleeping accommodations and separate living spaces. On the main level are two Queen bedrooms and two full baths (one with a stand up shower and the other with both tub and shower). On the lower level is a large second seating/tv den area with adjacent kids play area hidden under the stairs. Off the seating area is a King bedroom with a platform twin bed and a bonus room with a Queen bed and toddler trundle. There is a shared bathroom on the lower level with a stand up shower.

This home features a spacious and comfy living area with vaulted ceilings, natural sunlight, a stone fireplace, and a stunning mountain view. It's joined by an open dining room, conveniently located right next to the quaint kitchen. The open spaces and huge windows invite the outdoors in, and guests will appreciate decorative features such as the large stone gas fireplace and rustic wood accents throughout. Clean lines and modern light fixtures provide the perfect combination of modern and rustic.

Surrounded by large maple and birch trees, this home’s natural and private setting provide just the right setting for relaxing and recharging.  The elevated decks face West and capture a long-range mountain view that is perfectly suited for watching the sun set over the mountain terrain. A separate screened porch is the ideal spot for a late night chat over a glass of wine.

The paved driveway is a short but semi-steep uphill jaunt with parking for up to four vehicles maximum. There is an outdoor firepit with seating for 6 and a small treehouse for children tucked away on the property. The living room and tv den both have flat screen smart TV's. There is a table on the deck for 4 as well as additional lounge seating. The kitchen is stocked with general kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, plates, and flatware.

Cancellation Policy

Policy (A)  for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).
