Brand New Luxury four bedroom townhome with tremendous upgrades. Relax in the spacious open living room and kitchen with private screened in porch. There is an oversize Master suite with small office or den connected. You can read a book or catch up on those emails from work. The master suite has an en suite full bath with granite counters, double vanity sink and walk in shower too. The first guest room has a queen size bed with easy access to full bath. The second guest room has twin beds for family and friends with access to a full bath too. Third guest room on the top floor has two queen size beds and an en suite full bath. Great room for the kids. Living room has a foldout couch to sleep twelve comfortably. You can park in the garage, driveway and one more car across the street. Home comfortably sleeps twelve people.

Forest Beach is a great area to access the beach. There is free beach parking down Pope Avenue. Beautiful white sandy beaches at the Forest Beach area too. There are over 60 shops and restaurants in the Coligny Plaza. There is a giant Town of HH Celebration Park with huge pirate ship playground and large field for a picnic or throw the frisbee. Enjoy New York City pizza, Plantation Deli for breakfast or go have a drink at the Tiki Hut. Forest Beach area has a lot of activities to enjoy.

Hilton Head Island offers over 30 championship golf courses within 20 minutes of the home. There are over 400 tennis and pickle ball courts to enjoy. You can dine at over 200 restaurants, from fine dining, to pizza, to seafood, to Italian, with almost any kind of food you like is here. There are waterfront and oceanfront restaurants to see sunsets and sunrises. Elas Grille, Poseidon, Skullcreek Boathouse, Java Burrito, Salty Dog Cafe and Guisseppis Pizza to name a few. There are over 117 miles of bike paths, 250 shops and over 17 miles of white sandy beaches to enjoy.

You can go jet skiing, para sailing, deep sea fishing, biking, golfing and many more outdoor activities. You will have a great time in Hilton Head Island staying at 36 Pink Sand Lane. Amazing Home
Couldn't ask for a better home in Hilton Head to stay at during Thanksgiving with my family. We had 9 of us staying and had plenty of room for everyone. Everything was exactly as described, but pictures don't do this place justice. Beautiful decor and extremely comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

Great townhome in a great location
A group of 6 of us stayed here for a long weekend and it was all we could of hoped for. The house is larger than it seems in the pictures and we all had plenty of space. Even though it’s not right on the beach, it’s only a few minute drive from several beach spots and in a good central location to lots of restaurants, stores, and shopping. We all had a great vacation and it was definitely made better by how comfortable we were in this home and we’d definitely recommend it to others and we’d stay here again.

Very nice townhouse on a quiet street
This is our first time staying in the Spanish Wells Community and we absolutely loved it. The check in and check out process was so easy. I loved that we were close enough to drive into town to stores, shops, restaurants and the beach but far away enough for the quietness and less traffic on the street. The house was perfect for our family of 12. We had 4 children and 8 adults. We did not feel cramped and the 3 floor bedroom made it perfect for the younger kids who needed to go to bed early while the adults played games, watched movies and talked. This townhouse had 3 full bathrooms and we had nice hot showers. The beds were very comfortable and the ac was ice cold. We had plenty of parking spaces for our 3 vehicles. We parked one in the garage, one in the driveway and one on the street. The kitchen had pots, pans, cookware, cups, plates and utensils if you wanted to make meals. Be sure to bring seasonings, olive oil or cooking spray. We only found salt and pepper. The living room had plenty of space for sitting together. The back patio was also a nice area to sit and talk. Overall this was one of our best trips to Hilton Head and we would stay here again.
