Impeccable renovation in this gated oceanfront oasis, Beachwood Place(tranquil small community environment with only 24 units). Located in the heart of the Coligny Beach/Plaza area.
This villa has been stunningly redone from ceiling to floor. This beautiful seaside escape is walking distance to The Tiki Hut, restaurants, boutiques, bars, The Lowcountry Celebration Park, and numerous outdoor attractions. Large pool with abundance of lounge chairs and barbeque area with tables and chairs. Private access to beach and shower station. One minute walk to pool, 2 minutes to one of most beautiful white sand beaches on Hilton Head Island (Coligny).
2 bedroom, 2 bath, naturally lit open floor plan sleeps 6 comfortably. 1st floor location means no waiting for elevator. Kitchen has quartz countertops, new high end stainless appliances, counter height table and chairs, coffee center with Keurig and drip coffee maker. Villa is fully stocked with all new furnishings, one of the few units with in unit washer/dryer (additional laundry on each floor). Living area and both bedrooms have smart TV’s for streaming. Villa has high speed internet and cable. Charming patio with views of the ocean with access from living room and master suite. Master suite has king bed and bath with walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has extra long twin over queen bunk and separate bath. Hop on the free Breeze Trolley outside the complex gate. Located on the bike path and a bike rack is on the property.

Winter getaway
Spent a week at this beautiful condo to get a little break from winter. The sunrise from the bedroom was beautiful. The condo is just as described. The location was perfect for us, close to the beach, bike trails and a few restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay in HHI
The condo was fantastic. The location was perfect...just a very short walk to the beach and shops. There were even beach chairs and a beach buggy for use. My wife and I were really impressed with Coligny Place! From the cleanliness to the decorating, it was a great place to stay. It’s located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and a great perk is the Tiki bar right down the beach. We will definitely consider this place again on our next visit to Hilton Head.

My wife and I had an incredible week at this beautiful beachfront property. The location was perfect-walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was immaculate when we arrived and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved the open plan living space. Close to everything important on a vacay!
Even though the unit we rented AC was broken we would stay again!! - the owner found us another similar unit and kept us in the loop on everything for the repair. We had acess to beach toys, chairs and towels, made it so easy for beach days! He could not have been more communicative or accommodating. The complex is close to everything, restaurants, and bars, grocery, pharmacy, and best of all the beach!!

Loved it….again!
This was our second year at Larry and Sally’s condo. Of course, we loved it! It’s perfect for our family. The condo complex is small which is wonderful because the pool is never crowded and parking is easy. Super convenient (walking distance) to the park and Coligny. Honestly, the best location on HHI. Highly recommend!!!

We had such a fantastic time during our stay at this rental. We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh and contemporary decor. The unit was very clean, which I personally appreciate. We had a wonderful week at the condo. The location was perfect. We were on Coligny Beach but away from the most crowded part. There was music every night at the tiki hut close to the condo but it was never loud or bothersome. We sat on our deck each night to listen to the performers. The condo was immaculate. It was clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach. Before going to the store, be sure to check all the supplies that are already in the condo. There were garbage bags there as well as paper towels, toilet paper, all kinds of spices, laundry detergent, and even shampoo and conditioner. It saved us from having to purchase these items. There was also plenty of beach gear- beach towels, beach toys, chairs, a wagon, and a large beach shade that was wonderful in the heat. We really enjoyed our trip- you will too!

Beachfront Bliss
Very lovely place on the beach. The villa was immaculate and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The pool was never crowded and the villa seemed hid away from all the crowds, yet close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. We made use of their beach chairs, canopy, and towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely go back again. Thank you Larry for a smooth check in and relaxing vacation week!

AMAZING condo!!
This condo was absolutely amazing. My family and I have been coming to Hilton Head for 20+ years and this was the most equipped condo we have stayed in. It was very clean, close to the ocean and pool, and close to coligny. We will definitely be staying there again!
