Snowbirds Welcome! Message for Special Rates - Our newly renovated Villa features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all new furnishings, luxury linens, smart TV, charging stations and Samsung appliances. We are on the third floor (no elevator) and overlook the tennis courts. It is only a leisurely, 10 min walk through the shaded lagoon area, past the two outdoor pools to the natural sandy beach! Our unit is ideal for two couples or a small family.

We are located on a natural beach and you will see an exciting variety of birds and wildlife everyday. The change at the beach between high and low tides is very dramatic and each can provide hours of relaxation or exploration! Please review the local tide chart included in your welcome packet and make sure to experience the beach at both high and low tides during your trip. During high tide, you will enjoy seeing fish jump in and out of the water, maybe see a dolphin, sit in your chair at the edge of the water reading a book and listening to the waves. I would suggest wearing water shoes for the kids or if you plan to get in the water very deep, there are many oyster shells! At low tide, you won’t even need to bring your beach chair. You will be busy exploring the tidal pools and sand bars that get exposed during this time. You will be able to walk out approx 300 yards and see many hermit crabs, pelicans, horseshoe crabs and a variety of coastal birds. Most large shells you find will be “occupied”, please leave these creatures at the beach! It’s a great time for little ones to splash around and is my personal favorite time at the beach. If you prefer, there are other more “traditional” beaches only a short drive away, but they are not this beautiful and quiet!

The Spa on Port Royal Sound: A waterfront community located directly on Port Royal Sound. This 21 acre, 268 villa, gated complex has 24 hour security and offers stunning grounds with every amenity you can think of. Two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball, outdoor grills, playground, picnic tables, walking paths, shuffleboard, beach access, and a Pier!

Located mid-island away from the crowds, this getaway is nestled between two historic parks -- Fish Haul Park and Mitchelville Park. Find public beaches, 20 golf courses, excellent dining, movie theaters, and shopping nearby. Coligny Beach is just a 20-minute drive and features free parking, shops, and restaurants.

Great winter getaway
My two girlfriends and I had a very relaxing long weekend here. Great location on an otherwise crowded island and the condo was perfect. Nice walk to a private beach and I love that there is a nonprofit supported feral cat sanctuary on the property as I love cats :-)

Really enjoyed the unit. It was well kept and updates were apparent and appreciated! Complex as a whole was a little dated, but this individual unit was not! Beach was beautiful, definitely more of a nature beach (as was described). Wear water shoes! Great location to many HHI attractions. Thanks for the great getaway!

Perfect location for a weekend getaway. The apartment was beautiful and fulfilled all of our needs. It was very clean and everything we needed was provided including beach chairs and umbrella. The location was amazing and walking distance to a beautiful, natural beach. Low tide was quite an experience! I would 100% like to stay here again.

The property was as described. Clean and the perfect size for a family of four. Our only glitch was there was no iron. The manager was responsive and I am sure there will be one for the nexts guests. The pool is nice. The condo is on the 3rd floor as listed. Once you bring everything in, it isn’t the biggest deal but just something to pay attention to. We would definitely book again.

Adorable and sparkling clean!
The condo is just as pictured and very comfortable. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our two daughters. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, ceiling fan and tv. Lots of little touches included like dish soap, handsoap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, etc… private beach access is a 3 minute walk. The grounds are very well kept and quiet. There’s beach toys, beach chairs, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles and balls too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was super easy and convenient and Beth was quick to respond with any questions we had. Thanks Beth!

A Lovely Condo
We loved this condo for our couples getaway. It was perfect for 2 couples with a queen and king bedroom and our own separate bathrooms. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The natural beach was beautiful to explore and we drove to Bradley Beach for swimming time. We also loved the shaded cooler pool on the property. You won’t be disappointed in this property.

Wonderfully Quiet Getaway
This property was everything it was advertised to be. It was very comfortable, quiet and safe. The unit was very nicely decorated and was perfect for two couples to enjoy a New Year's stay on Hilton Head. The natural beach was a highlight and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the spa and sauna in the clubhouse. It was peaceful and relaxing. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you Beth!

Clean, Clean, Clean!
This condo was clean, clean, clean! The mix of blue, teal and naturals throughout the condo made for a relaxing, restful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed curling up with a book on the one rainy day we had. Thoughtful touches such as many hooks on the wall in the bathrooms and kitchen were so helpful for hanging extra towels, bags, etc. Why doesn’t every vacation rental do that? This location is great for long walks on the not-too-crowded beach, bike rides at Pinckney Island, Hudson’s Restaurant, Jarvis Park, and other great places on the north end. We look forward to staying here again!!

Great location with beach access. Unit was spotless, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Very quite at night and we felt very safe and secure in a gated community. This was our 2nd stay at this property and will stay again in the future.

Quite setting for Hilton Head
We enjoyed the quite setting of this property. It is on the north side of the island away from the traffic and craziness of the main area. We loved the beach, especially at low tide. If I came back to Hilton Head, this would be a repeat for us! The condo is comfortable and a great stay for a family.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at The Spa at Port Royal Sound! The unit was even nicer than depicted. It certainly had everything we needed for our stay. Beth did an outstanding job decorating the unit and making it clean, comfortable and cozy. The proximity to Fish Haul Creek Beach for sunset and daily walks was priceless. Beth went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Cutest condo for a girls trip!
We had such a great stay! The condo was decorated so cute on the inside and they really thought of everything! There were so many convenient plug ins! The location was great for everything, except the beach. We were close to eating and shopping, a lot of places were liked were less than 10 minutes away. I will say I didn't realize this was located on a "natural beach," (the port royal sound) or near the airport. It was different and interesting to check out once, but we ended going to the public beaches. Also, the airport isn't super busy, but it was good for a daily wakeup call by 7am. Overall, it really was a great stay! The day of check in, I received an email saying it was ready by 11 am when check in wasn't until 4pm. The owner was great to work with, sent us lots of helpful information!

Great family vacation
We stayed in this adorable condo for a week. There was plenty to do for my kids(10, 8). We swam in the pools, played tennis, bags, and shuffleboard. The condo was immaculately clean and the host thought of every little detail to make our stay comfortable. It was hard to leave. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect getaway in quiet setting
My husband, kids (ages 2 and 4), and I had a great time on our stay. Much quieter side of the island compared to Coligny (thank goodness), lots of shell finding, secure complex. Complex itself is a little dated, but the condo has been completely renovated and is very nice. Pool access and beach were a short walk away. The host was very responsive (within a few minutes of messages sent). Highly recommend. To note, the unit is not handicap accessible (if needing those adaptations).

The villa itself is great! Just perfect for my husband and I. The upgrades they have done are very nice. We had everything we needed and more. The property itself is older and in need of some TLC. Overall the property itself was quite, safe, and had the amenities we were looking for. We would rent again!
