✓ This house has parking for a total of four vehicles: 1 in the garage and 4 in the driveway.
✓ The town prohibits parking on the street or in unapproved areas such as grass or pine straw
✓ Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
✓ 1 dog under 60 pounds is welcome with a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee.
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities at your own risk
✓ The pool and spa heat are available for an additional charge: $200.00 per minimum 3-day stay, after that $50 per day. If you stay longer than 7 days - please reach out and we can negotiate the price.
✓ Contact the host to order pool and spa heat in advance as it takes time to bring it up to temperature..
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
