hotel a rafraichir. peu de modernité, mais propre et calme.

Everything was actually very nice and pleasant about this hotel -- next to an excellent aquarium, near a train station, good food, etc. However, the one sore point is that the lady at the day-desk during our arrival could have used a course in Emotional Intelligence: -- we got the feeling that we were taking her time, and she was doing us a favor. At check-out, she showed absolutely NO interest in how our stay had been. This was unfortunate, and she should have a talk with her superior. In contrast, the lady during the evening shift was fun, friendly, helpful, and showed some interest in us. Otherwise, this is a very good hotel.

I am very sorry about your experience with the Front Desk staff, this is not what I want them to express while on work.
