Spend Your Vacation In Our Beautiful Home!

We can accommodate your large family with our 7 bed, 6 and a half bath retreat that sleeps 20. Relax in one of our 4 private suites with full baths. Each bedroom has a spacious king size bed and TV/Cable. Two rooms have an additional sofa sleeper perfect for small children. There are two more sofa sleepers located in the downstairs living area.

Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen for those delicious home cooked meals or experience one of Branson's fantastic takeout menus on our large family dining room table.

When you are done, kick back and relax in our large living room. If the kids get too loud, send them down to the lower level family room where we have arcade games, Foosball and a large TV to enjoy family movies on.

Need to take a dip in the pool, the clubhouse and pool are a short walk away. Take a dip in the zero entry pool or fall asleep on one of loungers around the pool deck. We have a new attraction to our amenities, a splash pad. Perfect for infants or small kids. A playground is located right next to the clubhouse and pool area.

**READ ME** There are steps on a steep but short incline leading to the house. The neighborhood HOA does not allow parking for boats, trailers, RV's, campers, etc. We recommend that EVERYONE get trip protection for any unforeseen needs to cancel your reservation. It's peace of mind! :-) Get a policy that states “coverage/cancellation for any reason”. If for some unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel, you will be GLAD you did it, and won't be upset with us. Be upset at yourself if you don't get it! :-)

Big beautiful house.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was really well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. The house was big enough to accommodate our whole family. Talked with the owner a couple of times on the phone and he was very nice. If we go back to Branson we will be contacting Andrew about stay there.

Home away from Home.
This home is perfect. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of room for all of us to just enjoy being together but each had our own room to get some alone time as well. Perfect distance to Branson as well. The only thing that was a little difficult was uphill all the way to the door. But it worked out!

60th Wedding Anniversary Celebration
Property was very nice and clean. Accomodated our large group, 17 people, easily. Closeness to pool was great. Teenagers could just go when they wanted to. It was difficult for me to get up into the house, being on a cane. One of my sons helped me each time, and that way I was fine. I appreciate Andrew had warned us about that, so I was prepared!

We all had a great time. However when I read close to lake I thought we could walk to lake and have access. Not true As for the house being cleaned it is not. When I looked under bed for a dropped item I was surprised. The air vents are filthy. The cooking utensils and pans a had to be washed before using. There was not enough silverware for all of us to use at one time. The ironing board had no co er. Do I need to go on

We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. The house was very clean, great location. Very nice pool. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property to any medium sized to large group! Each room had bathroom, two entertaining spaces and a nice deck. Even nicer than the photos.

Great Stay
Had a great family reunion with 12 adults (6 couples) and 5 kids ages infant to 8 yrs old. The property was very clean, easy to find. Good parking and great to have large trash receptacles near home for numerous quick trash runs. Communication with host was quick and helpful. Very happy to find private bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple. The rooms worked out great and so did the kitchen. We cooked two of the nights there and it worked out great with utensils, pots, pans, oven, etc. Pool was a big hit, especially the second pool with the slide for the kids. Hot weather week but the AC in the home worked very well, although it can be tricky to get all three stories in the home at the right temp. Overall very happy with the property and would recommend especially for larger group like ours.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a great time staying at this property. This home was beautiful, quiet, and located off away from the tourism of Branson but yet still close enough to enjoy it when wanted. The home was well stocked, clean, and very functional for large families. It was mentioned multiple times by members of our family that, “this is where we want to stay every time.” We enjoyed it, and we will be back!

Girls getaway.
Upon entering the home we were very pleased with the amount of open concept space. Large living room with plenty of seating for our group of eleven. The large dining table also allowed us the sit together while playing games, enjoying a snack and enjoying our down time between shows. Large comfortable bedrooms with the right amount of bathrooms for a group of ladies. Overall the accommodations suited our needs to a T. Would recommend this home for comfort and cleanliness. All amenities were provided just like the listing stated. Thank you Andrew for making our stay very pleasing.

Wonderful stay in beautiful home!
We had multiple families staying together for a soccer tournament and this was a wonderful find. Each family had their own space, but great gathering areas too. The host was so easy to work with and communicate with. I would book here again and highly recommend this home!

Extended Family Weekend Getaway
Our family of 17 had a great weekend in Branson for my MIL’s 80th birthday! This house was spacious enough for our large group with plenty of beds, pullouts and bathrooms. We enjoyed the community pool and the extra large dining table. At one point we had a euchre game at one end and a game of Right, Left, Center at the other. We liked the peaceful location which was away from the hustle of Branson but just a short 10ish minute drive away. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion
We had a little family reunion. The house really was perfect. The pictures show exactly as the house does. Each family has its own bedroom and bathroom, and the kids had the basement to themselves while the adults stayed upstairs. The kitchen was nice and roomy, multiple people could be fixing meals at the same time. The beds were so comfortable that everyone slept so good. It was great driving distance to Branson and into Hollister too. We would definitely stay here again.
