Barefoot Bungalow is a beach retreat located just 1.5 blocks from the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The living area is furnished with a cozy sectional, along with a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The kitchen area includes an island with several seats for quick dining. The main dining area has a table with four chairs and a long bench on one side. A second living room features a flat-screen TV and a separate screened lanai is a peaceful relaxtion spot.

The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Guest rooms include a queen bed with direct access to the pool deck and a room with two twin beds. Each bedroom includes crisp linens with plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The private heated pool is screened in and surrounded by lounge chairs and a tiki bar. Relax in a pool lounger and enjoy the island breezes of paradise. Guests may dine al fresco on the patio deck and wnjoy a meal from the grill.
The covered poolside patio area hosts a dining table for six for guests to enjoy a meal from the grill.

Barefoot Bungalow is a dog friendly home! If you have added a pet to your reservation under the number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. Please note, there is a 2 dog limit.

Barefoot Bungalow is easy walking distance to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

We had a great first visit to Anna Maria Island and loved the location of this home. The house had everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach. But the pool was what we loved the most. It was perfect and the water was cooled to a temperature that made the 90 degree weather wonderful! We will definitely be back to AMI!

We had the absolute best time here. This house exceeded all of our expectations! It had everything you need and more. A quick walk to the beach, private quiet backyard, and the alarms on the doors gave us peace of mind with our kids. I think the screened in porch was our favorite place to hang out after a day in the sun. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the Barefoot Bungalow and would definitely stay again. It is a short walk to the beach and has easy access to stores and restaurants. The pool was great after a long day at the beach and we loved using all of the sitting areas. Definitely would recommend.

A nice week away in Anna Maria
Property was about as expected. Nice location in the city with a short walk to the beach. Cooler weather kept us from doing some typical Florida activities but we still got to use the pool, beach, city park etc. Property could use some updating in bathrooms but overall we were pleased with our stay. 4 adults, 2 children & our yorkie all enjoyed being in Anna Maria for a week. Would recommend renting a golf cart for travel around the island. A lot of places were walkable but some restaurants a bit further away. Definitely more beachy/relaxed feel overall on the island than compared to say Marco. Would go back.

Wonderful location with beautiful house.
Just had delay in checking in due to door code not working and having difficulty finding the correct way to get through to the manager. Problem resolved and we had a wonderful stay, enjoying the quick walk to the beach with the provided cart and chairs along with afternoon swims in the heated pool. Very well stocked and comfortable beds. Definitely recommend this home for a family vacation.

Wonderful home
This house has it all. Super clean. Plenty of space to accomodate families. Great decorations. Heated pool was warm and inviting. Only thing missing were floats to use in the pool. Beach chairs and wagon provided and super easy walk to public beach access. Central Island location made it easy to get to beach and restaurants. Shout out to Small Town Creamery & Waterfront. Best burger I have a had in Long time at Duffy's pub (cash only). I really hate to tell everyone how great this house is because selfishly want to keep it for ourselves. Can go wrong with this one.

Perfect house close to beacch
We loved this house. The furnishings are beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The grill worked great. All the rooms were perfect! We loved the screened-in porch for the kids to play, the big table to eat at, the comfy couch, all the TVs, the pool was refreshing and good size, the beds were nice. It’s a short, straight, and easy walk to the beautiful beach. And we can’t say enough good things about this beach, it is our favorite! We hope to come back again!! Our only suggestions would be a few more towels in the bathrooms and a shelf in the master shower as there was not enough room to put your toiletries. Thank you for sharing your house and helping to make our vacation to Anna Maria amazing.

Beautiful property, very clean and well stocked kitchen. Only suggestion, the beds were very firm and foam toppers for the beds would make them more comfortable. Also, the pillows needed to be upgraded as well as they were not very comfortable. Besides those two suggestions, everything was absolutely perfect!

The place was just like described and the photos were accurate. The only issue was that the AC went out the day we arrived, but it was fixed within about 2 hours. Would definitely go back. About a 1.5 block walk to beach which is fine if you have a cart to pull your items. Does have a gas grill which was nice.

Beautiful Home!
This home is amazing in all ways: proximity to the beach, restaurants, stores; spaciousness; cleanliness; comforts; supplies; etc. We loved our week here. The beach was so close we could travel back and forth with no issues. Owners had so many things we needed for a wonderful stay. We only needed to rent bikes. The house had chairs, umbrellas, wagon, noodles, etc. Only suggestion is to add more beach towels. Visitors may want to bring 1 extra to use as the house only had 4. But that didn't affect our fun. I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again for our next visit!
