Welcome to your sanctuary in Hot Springs, AR! This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom vacation rental, called Serenity Springs, is just moments away from the renowned Bath House Row. Its central location allows you to fully savor all that Hot Springs has to offer, from its rich historic attractions to its picturesque parks and lakes.

The interior of this 1932-built house has undergone a complete modernization while preserving its charming and occasionally quirky historic character. Please note the original concrete front steps leading to the front door; review the photos to ensure all guests can navigate these uneven, sometimes challenging steps.

The spacious living room boasts comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that bathe the space in natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker, making meal preparation for your family and friends a breeze.

Both bedrooms are adorned with cozy beds and fresh linens to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The first bedroom features a Queen-size bed with a private bathroom, while the second boasts a luxurious King-size bed. Ample storage space is available in both rooms, allowing you to unpack and feel right at home. Just off the living area, you'll discover the second full bathroom stocked with fluffy white towels.

We're delighted to welcome your furry companions! A $75 pet fee per reservation is applicable, and we kindly request a maximum of two dogs, each weighing up to 40 lbs, and non-shedding.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that dogs refrain from using furniture or beds. Please be responsible for cleaning up any messes your dogs may create during your stay. If our cleaners have to perform excessive cleaning, we will be passing those fees onto you.
For the safety and well-being of all, we require that pets be crated when you are not present at the property. Additionally, we ask that your dogs be housebroken and kept on a leash at all times when outdoors or within fenced spaces.
If your dog tends to be vocal, we kindly request that you do not leave them outside while they are barking to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant stay for everyone.

- Please park in specified areas. Do not block driveways or park on the lawn.
- **Smoke-Free Property**
- This home and property are entirely smoke-free. Smoking or vaping on the premises is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including odor, a $300 fine will be imposed.
- **Remote Controls**
- Please ensure all remotes are left at the property. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing remotes after your stay.
- **Consumables**
- We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee. If these supplies are insufficient, please purchase additional items at any nearby store.
- **Quiet Hours**
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of the neighbors during these times.
- **Pets**
- **Allowed Pets:** Up to 2 dogs, each weighing 40 pounds or less, are permitted with a $75 fee per pet.
- **Furniture:** Pets are not allowed on furniture.
- **Clean-Up:** Please clean up after your pet in the yard.
- **Crating:** Pets must be crated if left alone in the property.
- **Parties**
- Parties are not allowed on the premises.
- **Cleaning Fees**
- **Excessive Cleaning:** A fee will be charged for excessive cleaning if the property requires additional attention beyond normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Stained or damaged linens
- Excessive trash or leftover food removal
- Significant cleaning beyond standard cleaning practices
- The fee for excessive cleaning will be determined based on the extent of the cleaning required.
- **Long-Term Stays**
- For bookings exceeding 2 weeks, an inspection and a mid-stay cleaning will be required at your expense.
- **Security**
- Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

Lovely two bedroom two bathroom home in Hot Springs. It was walkable to the main drag and had a great front porch to sit and watch the deer in the mornings and evenings. Very clean and well equipped house. Very responsive owner/ manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a good stay. Clean and everything we needed. I think the owner made it as nice as possible. The house is poorly constructed and leans. Doors will shut automatically whether you want them opened or not. The floor is nicely remodelled but put over a very uneven floor and sometimes walking on it you can tell the new boards sunk down. This did not affect our stay it is very nice and i think the owner did his best with what he was working with when remodeling. I recommend it.

Quiet and Roomy
The property manager was very helpful and understanding when I asked to stay an extra day. The property has a fenced back yard, which was great for the dog. I was surprised though, to see that there was no grass...only pebbles, not a problem for the dog or me, just surprising. There is also a little patio with grill and seating. Since Central Avenue in Hot Springs is so noisy, the quiet of this property was very welcome.

Wonderful relaxing time
The property is professionally renovated. It was well equipped as well as eye appealing. The location is only 1 minute from bathhouse row. The neighborhood was quiet. There were lots of deer in the yard at night. Even the deer were playing with the nighborhood cat. There was good communication with the management. Definately will be staying there again..

Cute little house
Clean, newly renovated small house nicely situated to historic area of Hot Springs. The Grand Promenade and numerous hiking trail are super close. Central Avenue with all of its shops, restaurants, etc is easily walkable from the house although we drove because of small children. Parking not a problem…. Must try restaurant is Grateful Head Pizza. Super Cool eclectic place with great food and lots of dead head memorabilia.
