The cottage is 2 levels. Must use stairs to enter property. 2nd bedroom is accessed via spiral staircase.

Upstairs/Main Level

-Bathroom w/jacuzzi tub/rain shower

Downstairs Level (must use a spiral staircase to access this room)
-Natural polished stone floor, queen bed, comfortable linens, smart TV, desk and sofa for lounging
-Full bathroom w/vanity and shower
-Access to washer and dryer for laundry
**The ceiling height downstairs is lower (approx 6.5-7 ft). Please keep this in mind when booking, especially if you have taller people in your party.


Pets Welcome!
-Pet fee of $65/stay plus tax for up to 2 pets under 50 lbs (dogs only)
-Pets must be crated if left alone in property. (Please bring your own crate.) Hot Springs is a very dog friendly city!
-The yard is not fenced, however there is an outside playpen and dog run so your four legged friend can stretch their legs
-Pet fee must be paid before check in. Fee will be paid on a separate transaction if not paid at time of booking. Charged automatically to card on file when reservation is updated to include pet. Late fee of $25 plus $65 fee plus tax automatically charged if pet(s) are not disclosed before check in.

Other things to note:

We do not allow parties, events, large groups/gatherings, reunions, etc at this rental.

Max number of daytime visitors allowed is 2 persons over the number of guests booked on the reservation. If staying overnight, person(s) must be registered and paid on the reservation.

Booking guest must e-sign rental agreement from host before check in to receive access to property.

The house is monitored via exterior security cameras that capture activity on the front doors, front steps, front walkup, and parking area.

Occupancy Charges for Groups Over 2 Guests:
Guest counts over 2 persons are charged at an additional $15/person/day (plus taxes and fees). If you include all guests at time of booking (example: book for 4 people, all charges are included at time of booking, there are no additional charges). If adding guests after booking is confirmed, extra guest charges will be added and paid to host before check in.

Pets must be registered and paid on reservation before check in. Pet fee is $65/stay for up to 2 dogs (must be less than 50lbs). If pet is not disclosed before check in, an extra $25 fee will apply.
