This remarkable home features king beds in all 4 bedrooms, a study w/ queen sofa bed and 2 spacious living rooms that are perfect for relaxing and hanging out. The resort style backyard is the perfect spot to relax and entertain with an outdoor grill, luxury pool/spa and mini golf. The pool is heated to 78 degrees from 10/1-4/30 for free! Home is nicely tucked away in a residential street close to Montrose Blvd and Peden St in fabulous Montrose, probably the most walkable neighborhood in Houston.

This home has 4 fully furnished bedrooms. Comfortably sleeps 8 in beds and up to 12 with sofa beds in primary bedroom and study.

* 2 living rooms with large screen 4K TVs. You can use your own subscriptions with the TV. There is some free content as well.
* Fully stocked kitchen with a gas range and oven containing pots, pans, plates, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, extensive seasoning and spices, pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and air fryer. There are some coffee pods and teas stocked.
* High Speed WiFi.
* Washer & Dryer (in 2nd floor laundry room)

There are 3 exterior security cameras: one by garage, one by the front door and one in the back. There are no concealed cameras.
* Beautiful secluded pool/Hot Tub.
- Pool is heated to 78 degrees from 10/1-4/30 for FREE. It can be heated the other times for $40/night.
- Hot tub can be heated to 102 degrees for $40/night. I can turn on the hot tub jets for your enjoyment upon request.
- If paying to heat the hot tub or the pool, you must pay for the duration of your stay.
Your request for pool and hot tub heating must be in and paid 24 hours prior to check-in.
Pool lights are inoperable at this time.
You assume all liability for you and everyone in your party when you use the pool and spa, please use the pool responsibly. Do not leave children unattended AT ANYTIME in the backyard or the pool.

We were a group of 8 ladies. The home was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and felt like home! I’ve stayed at properties where I had to question the cleanliness and that did not occur with this stay. It’s roomy, a king size bed in each room and plenty of space to lounge. Having 3 showers was a plus. For us the location was perfect ! Close to bars, lounges, and restaurants. The host was very responsive. I don’t have anything negative to say. I would stay again and recommend.

The house was perfect for our family. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool which was heated upon our request. Our host Reagan handled all of our needs in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. Next time in Houston we would stay here again.

Perfection!
A group of 7 of us stayed here to celebrate our oldest daughter's college graduation. The house was beautiful, immaculate, nicely laid out and is very roomy. Loved that it had 2 living rooms & the primary en suite is a perfect escape area. The backyard is small but is perfect, love the outdoor kitchen/grill and the hot tub was used a lot by our daughters and their friends that stayed with us. Reagan was so easy to work with, very prompt to reply with any question we had. If we come back to Houston I would not hesitate to rent this house again, it is walking distance to a lot of great restaurants (Pinks Pizza, Bludorn, Christy's donut shop) and also a comedy club at Rudyard's Upstairs-highly recommend going there when they have shows. It's a short Uber ride to other areas of Houston and it was very easy to get one quickly.

Great spot in Houston
This spot is wonderful. Awesome house. Great backyard. Great living spaces throughout the 3 level home. The host is a dream to work with. I cannot say enough great things about this spot. You are also in great location to the Galleria, downtown, NRG stadium, River Oaks, and Washington Ave. Ubering is pretty cheap to all of those places.

The house is very inviting. There is so much room and many places to sleep. House is fully stocked with things that you need or forget. The house is beautiful and the decor is very nice. Me and my friends had a great stay at this house. It was in a great neighbourhood and I would recommend it to people travelling to Houston. The house was huge, with a great pool. The host was more than happy to help with anything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.
