Seabreeze-Modern, Spacious &Near Beach

Summary:
This charming and modern beach house stands out with it's own private front patio. It has a huge living room and an enclosed scenic atrium. Updated with all the modern amenities, it has a king bed master suite that has a walk in closet and luxurious, dual vanity bathroom. It also has 2 other spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room to stretch your feet. Close to parks, shopping, dining, and coastal access. The beach is only 1.5 ml. by bike path!

The Space:
This single level, modern home is only 5 minutes drive from Huntington Beach ! You can go to Newport beach and it only takes 10 minutes. We are 18 minutes from Phuoc Loc Tho (the Asian Mall on Bolsa). Many Vietnamese restaurants are about 11 minutes

Want upscale shopping to major department stores in Costa Mesa South Mall-it's 18 minutes and to Disneyland is also 18 minutes.

The Neighborhood:
Shorecrest homes are located in the South Huntington Beach area of Huntington Beach, California.

The Shorecrest neighborhood is a mature community that was built in the mid 1960's and features many two story houses that range in size from 1,300 to 3,750 square feet of living space. Situated in one of the most southern points in Huntington Beach near the city limits of Newport Beach.
This single level, modern home is only 5 minutes drive from Huntington Beach ! You can go to Newport beach and it only takes 10 minutes. We are 18 minutes from Phuoc Loc Tho (the Asian Mall on Bolsa). Many Vietnamese restaurants are about 11 minutes
The neighborhood sits adjacent to the Santa Ana River with walking paths that lead down to the beach. Below are the current Shorecrest homes for sale and for lease in Huntington Beach.

Getting Around:
Parking in garage and driveway only. No street parking. We are 5 minute walk to the Santa Ana River Bed.

We are also a 15 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride, or a $8 uber ride to the downtown HB Pier and Pacific City area.

Other Things to Note:
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located on the premises.

Great management and features
The home is immaculate, and the owner communication is the best and most responsive I've ever experienced. The location is great - 5 minutes from any shop or restaurant you would need and ready access to good walking paths. The kitchen is well stocked and the basket of welcome goodies was a nice surprise! The one challenge was the different levels of the rooms. The halls, kitchen and living spaces are separated by a step which was a little concerning for me given I was there with my elderly parents. However, they are well lit, and once you are aware of them, it's manageable. I'd also love to have more comfortable furniture, but that's hardly reason to skip renting this great property!

This property is nicely decorated and has a lovely outdoor sitting area. It's on a quiet street yet conveniently near restaurants, shops and the beach. It was also spotlessly clean. We would certainly stay there again.

House was updated, very clean and well supplied with necessities! Thoughtful treat basket and bottle of wine. Close to stores for running errands. Nice neighborhood for morning runs. Only other perk would be a pool. Close drive to the beach. Will definitely stay again if in the area! Thanks again -

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig. Man ist schnell auf der Balboa Peninsula und damit an grandiosen Stränden. Wir haben viel gekocht und es genossen, uns nicht so amerikanisch ernähren zu müssen. Besonders hervorragend war die Kommunikation. Wenn es etwas zu regeln gab, funktionierte das sehr gut und schnell.

My friend and I stayed here for a two nights for a festival on the beach. Very clean, well appointed, and had everything you need to be comfortable. We appreciated having bikes so we didn’t have to drive to the beach. Any questions we had were immediately responded to by the hosts. My only feedback would be the couches were very small and not very comfortable but if you are looking for a place to be active and out and about- it’s a great place for a family stay.

My wife and I felt this was probably the nicest VRBO in which we have ever stayed. Good location. Super clean and comfortable. Property manger was very helpful and responsive. My only regret is we did not stay long and were so busy that is was mostly just a place to sleep at night. Highly recommend

In Town For A Wedding
This was a great property and in a great location. A few minutes from Huntington Beach, Balboa Peninsula and Lido. It was great place for my family to meet and catch up. We all had our own space in a quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and other things to do were very close. Communication was good with the the property management. Thank you for a nice stay.

I cant begin to tell about this home away from home feeling. The house had everything you could possibly need. Location was ideal. Very safe clean neighborhood. Home host Kim was wonderful, even made us some goodies when we were out. Cant wait to get back.

Most amazing stay 100 percent recommend
The customer service we received and the property were beyond our expectations. This place is a 3 minute walk from Huntington beach which was very nice. Another big upside for us was that the property is a 3 minute drive from the Pickle-ball Courts. We loved going to the beach during the day and then go to the Pickle-ball court during the evening. My husband is a professional athlete (football player) so you can imagine that he is a big guy that needs a lot of space. The property was not that big however it is so efficiently designed that my very big husband fell very comfortable. Normally he always complaints that there is not enough space. The property is clean and modern. There are two bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable. I am a kitchen princess and I was very impressed. All the spices I needed were there as well as an airfryer and a full size oven. The hosts were so hospital and ensured we were comfortable. Having stayed in several places I would say this was one of our best stays. We will come back every off season and every chance we get!

Such a treat!
Seabreeze My family and I had an absolute blast on our trip! Andrew was such a great host. He responded quickly and even gave us some suggestions. We were only 5 minutes from Huntington Beach! I don’t think we could have asked for a better spot! We love asian food, so we actually took his suggestion and checked out the Asian Mall in Bolsa. We were also able to check out the Costa Mesa South Mall. Both of these areas were just a short drive away. The house is perfect for the size of our family, the kids had a great staying here. I wish we would have had time to go to Disneyland since it was so close. We will stay here again and definitely book for a longer next time. That way we can fully enjoy all of the surrounding attractions! Thank you Andrew for making this short trip the best!
