Les points forts : Propreté, personnel et service, équipements et infrastructures et conditions de l’hébergement
The room was affordable and conveniently located near subway stations, restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, parks, and a shopping center with a food court. The hotel has three different names, which can be confusing when searching for it. There were several minor annoyances during my stay. First, I booked the "superior music double room," which was supposed to include "Marshall speakers for rich music enjoyment," but it did not. Second, despite having a "please make up room" door hanger, the room was never cleaned. The rules and guidelines, as well as the front desk clerk, stated that you must notify the front desk if you want the room cleaned, making the door hanger essentially pointless, except for the 'do not disturb' side. Third, cleaning hours are from 12:00 to 18:00, but housekeeping vacuumed the 7th floor lobby at 21:55. Fourth, the hotel prohibits minors (under 19 years of age), which is not advertised on Travelocity. A suggestion for the hotel would be to have someone proofread English translations. The rules state that "if you lose your room key card, you will be compensated 30,000 won," which seems to be a mistake. It likely means that guests will be charged 30,000 won if they lose their room key card, inferred by the text that followed, rather than being paid that amount. This kind of error can cause confusion for guests.
