This newly renovated bungalow is located just blocks south of the heart of Broadripple! It’s also conveniently located 17 minutes away from the liveliness of downtown, Massachusetts Avenue, Lucas Oil Stadium, and the Indianapolis Convention Center. The Indianapolis airport is roughly 28 minutes away. Plenty of concert venues within a short drive distance.

This house is a wonderful place for families coming to town, individuals here for business or conventions, or just people wanting to have a place to visit fiends! It has unique touches in every room and a very warm feeling throughout.

Guests have access to the entire house and the backyard! The only area in the backyard that is shared with the neighbor is the basketball court. But if you plan on having a little event/get together in the backyard, let me know and I can tell our neighbors so you’ll have full access to the court!

It's a self check-in process so I won't be interacting with guests unless they want me to!

The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants less than a block away! Including the famous Jazz Kitchen. Also enjoy some of the laid back bars in the area! Amazing atmosphere right down the street!

Parking is available in the front of the house and there is also room for one big car or two small cars in the back via the alleyway. All parking is free.

- All bedrooms are on the second floor. One full bathroom is on the upstairs level and one is in the basement.
- Just a heads up for tall people: There is a low spot in the ceiling as you are walking up or down the stairs into the basement. More something to just remember if you are using the basement.
- The pet fee shown ($70) is for up to two nights with one pet. It goes up $10/night for every day added, per pet.

Cute, comfy, clean
This sweet, old home served us for one quick overnight stay in Indianapolis. It was comfortable, cozy, and within walking distance to food, cocktails / music (the Jazz Kitchen!), and a nice grocery store (the Fresh Market). Easy to park in front or back of the house. The kitchen was well stocked, although we did not use it. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The host was proactive and provided clear communication throughout the entire process. A nice rental experience.

It is a beautiful property, with lots if character in a great location. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Everyone remarked about the nice firm beds. Plenty of linens and kitchenware for6 people.

Cute house/duplex. We enjoyed our stay, and the dog enjoyed being able to run around a fenced yard! The house was very tidy overall, comfy beds to sleep, nice location to walk around and some close local restaurants to grab a bite! Given we were there over the holidays the mini Christmas tree was a cute homey touch! The dishwasher did not seem to work very well was the only major thing I noticed, left streaks on dishes and did not dry out well.

Wonderful Place to Stay
We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. We had 2 kids under 4 as well as a dog and we loved the access to so many cute neighborhoods for walks in a safe area. We were able to walk to get dinner a couple times and were close to the places we came for (Children’s Museum, Gainbridge). Access to the alley made loading kids in car seats much easier. Everything as advertised and communication good. **if you are a light sleeper or have young kids, the floors and stairs are very squeaky so bringing a fan or noise machine will help a lot!

Week long vacation and first stop was Indianapolis. Luke was a very responsive host the during our stay. The only issue we had he was out and fixed the next night. Lots of stairs but good little place to stay.

Perfect for family of 4 and dog
This house is adorable! Lots of charm! Very comfortable size for our family of 4 (2 kids under 10) and a dog. Great location, very nice neighborhood with restaurants close by, close to activities and downtown. My kids loved the basketball court in the backyard. Nice fenced in yard for the dog.

It was a nice place in a great part of Indy. Loved how homey it was! Wonderful price! Less than a hotel, so much nicer, a lot more space and free parking! Even though its a duplex we didn't hear the neighbors once. Luke was great with communication!
