Very solid space outside of Carmel
Our stay was in the off-season, so I can't speak much to the outdoor accomodations; but the house and furnishings suites our needs.Management was hands-off, and check-in was very easy.Never needed to contact property management, so can't speak to that.Overall great.Would potentially stay again.

Great space for family gathering
The house was spacious with lots of areas for our large family (9 kids aged 9 - 14) to spread out and enjoy different activities in different areas. Adults and kids were all able to enjoy each other's company without being in each other's way. We loved the rural setting, too, so we were never worried about the kids being too loud for the neighbors. We had a mild setback when we first arrived, as the house was not ready on time (due to prior guests). While this was frustrating, the host was very responsive and offered a small credit for the inconvenience. He was helpful throughout the entire stay whenever we had questions about finding extra linens, etc. This was a meet up of four families to enjoy Christmas together and we would absolutely consider coming to the same house again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, with entertainment for the entire family. The property wasn't far from stores, but all grocery stores were closed on Christmas Day. We had to go out to purchase toilet paper towels and garbage bags. :( The kitchen is missing a blender and mixer. Essential items were delivered just before we departed.

Arrived for 4 night stay with 20people, not suitable for that many. Only 2 bathrooms can be used for comon use, basement bathroom door does not lock. Both bathrooms with bunk beds the turfles cannot be used and still walk, very crowded. The water from faucets smelled very strong of oxidation even for showers, toilet tanks are thick with brown dirt and water spouts. The movie room and the smaller basement room's carpet was soaking wet and the whole basement smelled wet. Was only told issue was due to rain and nothing was done. Basement also would not get warm as the top and never receiced response as to how to warm it up. Found only small pans, no pots to cook for the amount of people the house is promoted for. Some were sent, 2 days later, not much help. Master bedroom shower has no door, no one else can use the space while showering if you want privacy. The studio is promoted as a queen, only one person fits, its quite hard to sleep on. Responses from manager in charge were delayed and several things were never fixed. Conforters availabe not enough for how cold the basement feels if you want to keep main floor cool. I would not recoment this house.

Absolute Worst Home and Host
DO NOT VRBO OR RENT THIS HOME OR FROM THIS HOST. Keeping it brief. House was unclean when we arrived. Piles of dirty bedding, towels, and food throughout. Host was unable to have a cleaning crew come so we had to move to a hotel. We returned the next day to a minimally clean house. The main issue was the water. Smelt and tasted like pure metal. Host claimed “it’s totally safe, we just put in a $40k water softener.” Meanwhile three days in and the blond haired women in the family had reddish brown hair from the metals. I also found the water softener, albeit not connected. But the biggest issue was the complete lack empathy for such a terrible experience and horrible communication and response time from the host. The host clearly knew we were trying hold this inhabitable dump together because nothing else was available to swap to. I have photos for days of this dump. DO NOT VRBO OR RENT THIS HOME OR FROM THIS HOST.

Fantastic family stay
We came for a wedding and it was such an added bonus to stay here. Gathering areas for all. House and grounds were clean and comfortable. The only downside is we didn’t have more time there.

Relaxing and fun!
If you're looking for a place to rest and enjoy with your family this is perfect, but if you will work remotely while you're on vacation then you might have a hard time due to the internet connection. Great place for family reunions and a lot of space for kids to play. Overall the place is good and the owner is nice! :)

Relaxing Place
The property was relaxing and the barn play area was great with the children. The only issue we had was the property was half finished in the basement, the internet was horrible, and simple amenities were not provided or were provided very scantly. Overall it was a relaxing place but I don't think it was worth the price.

TNTRAVLR
Perfect for our family birthday gathering for two family members. Lots of room for people to spread out to talk in small groups. The sports building was a hit for the grandkids. Having two kitchens a real plus given the number of people. Video also a hit with kids for gaming. Would recommend for anyone wanting lots of room away from city congestion but near enough for dining or shopping.

Perfect for us!
Lovely, peaceful home in the country! It was exactly what we needed for our family. Fun sports barn and large comfy basement made it a great place for the kids hang out. The hosts were fantastic to work with and answered my email right away when I had questions.
