Summary:
This is a truly unique and spectacular Villa thanks to its breathtaking view of the sea and its warm sandy beach.

On the beautiful beach you will find paddle boards and kayaks (both for rent) and comfortable sun loungers while you sunbathe and enjoy the dreamy sunsets.

Get ready for a private saltwater pool with lush tropical landscaping, plus a cozy cabana with a dining table, a cinema (projector) and a lovely fire pit!

The interior has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a dining area, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Space:
1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED with excellent quality linens. A balcony with an amazing view of the beach and access to a full private bathroom with a hot tub.
2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a full private bathroom.
3. Bedroom with THREE QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full private bathroom.
4. Bedroom with TWO FULL SIZE BEDS and access to a full private bathroom.

*Two extra folding beds.
All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, towels are also included.

Perfect for large groups.

The Villa has a cherry hardwood flooring throughout, Also, a fully equipped kitchen with granite/stainless appliances and a gas stove.

THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

The Neighborhood:
Islamorada is a community of about 7 square miles that stretches over six islands of the Florida Keys. The city (officially named Village of Islands) stretches out over the islands.

Islamorada is the home of the world’s largest fishing fleet per square mile. Diving, snorkeling, paddling, and pleasure boating make this a place where the action takes place on the water.

Getting Around:

Tucked in along streets and piers are interesting boutiques and restaurants that range from beach bars to haute cuisine.

Tavernier: 15 minute drive.
Marathon: 30 minute drive.
Miami International Airport: 1:30 hour drive.
FLL Airport: 2 hour drive.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

Run down, poorly managed/maintained
Our family of five visited this property. It is poorly maintained and managed. The beach is all muck and weeds. Many of the amenities advertised do not actually work or are not as pictured. We have rented many VRBOs. I would stay away from this one.

Misses the mark of luxury
Loved the property and had a great time but the luxury in the listing was not there. The biggest issue being the pergola in the pictures was gone and replaced with a single umbrella. The string lights in the backyard were broken and the majority of items were powered by extension cords laying on the ground, many with tripped breakers. The pool/hot tub was unable to be controlled and we needed to text someone whenever we wanted a change. The outdoor cinema experience was a projector in a box that needed to be setup with an extension cord, also fed by a tripped GFCI breaker. The front gate was knocked off its hinges and the dishwasher was broken. Had a great time but the luxury price was not met with a luxury experience.

The overall evaluation was very good. We enjoyed the house and location It would have been more enjoyable if we had a dock extending from beach into the ocean. We have had this on previous rentals and I know what a difference it makes, especially for the children.

Not so Sensational
This “Sensational Ocean Front Villa” as described in the summary has seen better times. It appears to have at one time been a beautiful property, but time has taken its toll, and its’ now dilapidated appearance and thrifty amenities need attention. Upon arrival at the property a once beautiful iron gate to guard against traffic is now lying on its side, useless to prevent pets and children from straying on to the always busy Overseas Highway. The ‘lush tropical landscaping’ is now ridden with leaf debris, palm fronds and weeds throughout the unkempt property and pool. Our daily chores included skimming the pool and hot tub, adding water to the pool due to the level dropping and sweeping the area to remove debris. The nice outdoor fire pit lost its appeal due to the moldy cushions. This open layout home is nice with supposedly a “fully equipped kitchen.” Be sure to stock up on all necessities including salt and pepper, condiments, wine opener, bagged ice, (even though there are 2 refrigerators and no working ice maker!) soap (small chips one finds at 1*motels), matches or grill lighter. The essentials provided by this supposedly 5* property are minimal and economy oriented. The toilets have issues flushing and getting blocked since pressure is very low but fear not there are plenty of plungers! We informed the property manager early on of these issues, but never received a response. Unfortunately, in its current condition at this price point, look elsewhere.

A gem in the Keys!
This is truly a hidden gem in the Keys. Everything the listing shows is true- a perfect beach, an incredible old world pool, a beautiful classic house. Our entire group had an incredible stay - from my 75 year old mother who loved sitting on the porch watching to the sunset, to my two daughters who spent entire days in the pool, to my wife and I who enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen and the location to tons of activities and restaurants. This is truly a gem - we have stayed in a number of places in the Keys and this is our absolute favorite. And Jim is a great and courteous host. Would definitely return here again!

Great Private Beachfront House
My family of 7 adults stayed at Paradise Beach in October, 2021. We loved the property. The pool and hot tub with a view of the ocean was superb. The house was wonderful and homey. Jim made everything very easy. If you are not familiar with beaches in the keys...you can't walk this beach - it is all private homes. There is a walking trail across the street. The water while we were there was clear but not very deep and you definitely need water shoes as there a lot of rocks but it is beautiful. 10/10 would love to return! Thanks, Jim!

Paradise Found
From last minute booking up to checking out, everything was so easy and the house was gorgeous! We really needed a getaway and this house provided it in spades! The salt water pool and spa is amazing, and the beachfront views are sublime! Many a sunrise was photographed. We had kayaks and a paddle board delivered to the house, and enjoyed endless hours on the water. We even saw a fever of stingrays and horseshoe crabs! The kitchen is a chef’s dream! Loved cooking and grilling, this house has all of the amenities. We did so much while we were there and ate at all of the great restaurants! Everything is close by like Publix, Robbies, Islamorada Fish Company, Pierre’s, the Green Turtle Inn (fantastic for Sunday brunch & breakfast selections) and so much more. We took the kids to the Aquarium (a surprising treat) and even spent a day of eating, drinking and shopping in Key West. There was plenty of room for our family of five and we will definitely be back! Jim is amazing and makes sure you are settled in and is just a text or phone call away if you have any questions. I highly recommend this well appointed home for your next vacation.

Our family (ranging from grandparents to infants) loved staying here. The home is beautiful, the view of the sunrise is stunning, and the pool was the perfect place to play. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding just off the beach. The location was central to so many activities. And to top it off, the property owner was a delight to work with!

Can’t wait to rent again!
This was our first trip tot the Keys, and this was everything we hoped for in a house & location for our adult family and more! Jim & Linda were AMAZING from the beginning - excellent communication and helpfulness. And we can t say enough good things about the house - clean, organized, well stocked, comfy, great pool, and ocean front lounging. We snorkeled off the quiet beach and were in a quiet area close enough to restaurants and activities. We can’t wait to rent this house from Jim again!

Outstanding family vacation
We stayed at this beautiful property for a week and let me start off with saying thank you to Jim and his wife for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home In islamoralda. The property was the perfect size for my family, my sisters family, brother, and my parents. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived, but what caught our eye right away was the spectacular view of the pool, spa and the ocean. To say we were outside all day would be an understatement. Every minute of beautiful Florida sun there was, we were outside enjoy the amenities of the property. Kitchen: The kitchen was large and had all the necessities we needed to cook for all the family we had. Most of the appliances were newer and everything was labeled very well. The dining room was next to the kitchen, and was large. We could fit our whole family at the table for breakfast lunch and dinner. We were even able to spend a couple of nights all around the table playing games. Bedrooms:Every family had their own room. All the rooms were good size and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Again, everything is labeled, which makes everything very recognizable. Three of the four bedrooms had balconies, which 2 were accessible (one was blocked for safety reasons being on the third floor). One bedroom was seaside and one was road side, but no matter which deck you were on, you experienced great views, relaxation and tranquility. Pool/spa: salt water pool and spa. Again, we spent A LOT of time in here. The pool isn’t very deep ( deepest part before spa is probably 5 ish to 5 foot 5 inches. Around the spa, is a perfect place for small kids to play around, splash and play with toys and this is what my 2 year old and my nephew did all week. The spa is very nice. We had a small issue figuring out how to get it to work, but Jim was quick to respond and help us understand how it operated. The spa also has a waterfall edge that flows into the pool, so my one complaint for the spa would be we had to add water to the spa a couple of times, which is no issues for us. Beachfront: right after the pool and spa is the beach that goes down to the ocean. Good amount of beach for kids, and adults to play and enjoy. There are two chairs on the beach which is the perfect spot for sunrises and sunsets. A lot of time with coffee and beer was enjoyed here. Here’s my complaint. Very Rocky and a lot of seaweed. Would like to see this addressed for next time. LOVED THIS PROPERTY.Will be back

Perfect location, BEAUTIFUL property!!
Our family of 8 from Minnesota just checked out after a wonderful 7 day vacation here. The location is PERFECT. Close to Robbie’s to feed the tarpon, close to island restaurants, and within 10 miles of all the souvenir shopping you can dream of! The view from the home is amazing. Ocean views, beautiful well manicured landscaping, everything you dream of for an island getaway! We loved the beautiful, well designed pool and hot tub. Being from Minnesota, we thoroughly enjoyed the grill and outdoor poolside chairs- plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy the Florida sun! The house has plenty of room inside to relax and refresh at the end of the day. The kitchen is well stocked with many appliances including a keurig, toaster, regular coffee maker, blender, microwave, and utensils and dishes. Everything you could need! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!!

Our family stayed 2weeks , and loved it .waking up to a beautiful sunrise and view of the water just doesn’t get any better 😁. The family enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking almost everyday. This was a true getaway to relaxe. Thank you Jim for all your help making our stay wonderful !

Stunning Views & Central Location
Very spacious & comfortable home, Was very blessed to have found this gem! Kitchen was fully stocked and had enough room for multiple people to work in there at one time. Even with hurricane Eta threatening (but never hit our area directly) we were safe. The pool & hot tub was a huge hit with our group of 8. We visited Key West one day & was able to get there in about an hour. Plenty of good seafood restaurants to visit locally. Definitely worth going again!!!

Paradise at its Best!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The house was perfect for our group of 7. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (great photo ops!), watching the sunrises, late night swims, and the location was perfect! Jim was the best host and answered all of our questions! We enjoyed learning about the area from the pool crew who could not have been nicer. We have stayed at many locations in Islamorada and this one was our favorites! We will definitely be back!

Special place indeed
My family (6 of us representing 3 generations) spent a week at Paradise Beach and we really did not want to leave. My two young grandchildren, son and two dau- in- laws felt the same. Everyone had a private space to retreat to within this beautiful home, which was important to us. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was larger than shown and quite immaculate, we felt safe and right at home. The views are heavenly and the pool area was well used, for sure. We even played badminton on the beach one night ! Jim, the owner, could not have been nicer and Joanne, the property manager - very accessible and helpful. The location is wonderful for easy access to all the Florida keys. I would return in a heartbeat. It fit exactly as the bucket list vacation I had imagined for us all. If you are questioning booking a stay here - don’t hesitate - it’s perfection.

We booked this house for our annual family vacation and it was absolute perfection! We wanted for nothing; anything we needed was provided. Our grandkids spent many hours in the beautiful pool, fished off the shoreline (as well as on some nice neighbor’s dock), snorkeled, chased lizards around the yard, and overall everyone had a very fun and relaxing week! The central location of the house was perfect for exploring the Keys as well. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect Vacation property! Perfect relaxing vacation
The property was everything and more that you see in the pictures. Plenty of room for my wife and I, our two teenage children and my parents. Everything was exceptionally clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups and silverware along with essential cooking items. The views from the backyard were gorgeous and the pool is amazing. Jim checked in on us when we arrived and you could tell when he said to contact him with any issues he really meant it. Through the whole rental process he was so friendly and easy to deal with. The only negative is something that was completely out of anyone’s control. There is a large amount of seaweed that is all over the entire Florida area. That only made the beautiful pool more valuable to have. Would definitely rent with Jim again.
