Located approximately 1,000’ from our first cabin at Maco’s Mountain Resort with the same great views of the Appalachian Mountains. This cabin actually has an extra 64sqft and a extra twin bed in a second loft. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee with the Keurig or 12 cup coffee maker (Coffee not provided) and relax in the 6 person hottub admiring the beautiful night sky. This is the perfect place for a peaceful family getaway. WIFI is now available.

The property was well maintained and in great condition. The view was amazing and the landscape was peaceful. The only suggestion I have is purchasing a new frying pan.

Great getaway
Beautiful views, cozy cabin. Everything as expected but the hot tub, it wasn’t hot at all the first night and we couldn’t change the temperature. But we called the owner the next day and he came and turned it up, which made it warmer, but it was still not hot so we didn’t get in at all after that, it was freezing too. It snowed the next morning so the views from the bedroom was priceless. Well definitely come back.

Amazing with wonderful views!
The cabin was clean and the bed was comfy. You got to enjoy the beautiful scenery while relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying your morning cup off coffee while sitting in the rocking chairs on the deck. The cabin was stocked with everything you might need. We will be back!

The cabins are located in a beautiful area. The property is secure and the grounds are well kept. Our cabin, the Rustic, is one of three cabins on the property. Cozy Cabin with Amazing Views
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend with my in-laws. The cabin was very clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. We loved waking up in the morning and sitting on the deck drinking our coffee taking in the gorgeous views. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

The cabin was clean, check in was easy, and the property manager was very quick to respond to any questions and bring firewood. The views are spectacular and the cabin itself is very comfortable. Made for a wonderful vacation.

It was a great little cabin for our stay. It is a little further out from red river gorge area of that's what you're looking to do. But it is nice and secluded on top of a mountain with great views! Bring camping chairs if you want to use the firepit

I enjoyed my stay at Maco's cabin. Cabin was clean, furnishings comfortable, everything was as listed. Internet worked well, access was easy. Overall a great stay.

Great Views and relaxing atmosphere
Property overlooks mountains and trees as far ad the eye can see. Extremely secluded which makes you feel safe and away from the chaos of the city. A great place to get away and unwind. Especially since you get the view from the hot tub, and a well put together firepit. Our second time staying here since we love it so much.

My husband and I stayed here with our two young daughters. The views are amazing!! The hot tub was great and we loved the fire pit. The owner was great to work with and very responsive, especially when we had some issues with wasps. I would definitely recommend this place to couples and small families!!

The place was perfect for a weekend getaway. It felt safe and private. The hot tub was fantastic after a long day of hiking at RRG. It was especially nice with a campfire burning too:) it was a very special and memorialble place to celebrate our wedding anniversary❤️
