The dining room is open to the living area and includes a decorative wooden table and seating for 4 guests.
As you enter the kitchen, you will find a fully furnished, upgraded space. This is truly a chef's kitchen complete with white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dual ovens, dual dishwashers and an oversized refrigerator. There is plenty of space for all of your guests to gather and enjoy a meal. Seating for 4 can be found at the bar while a large table and banquette add an additional space for 8 guests. A coffee bar and wine fridge offer additional upgrades for guests. Just off the kitchen lies a formal sitting area equipped with 4 cream-colored wing back chairs.
The master bedroom is a guest's retreat and includes a beautiful white wooden framed bed and matching chest of drawers as well as access to the patio and back yard. The on suite bath is fully upgraded with a walk in shower complete with oversized sea glass tile and a separate soaker tub.
The second story houses three-guest rooms, all of which include a private on suite bathroom with a walk in shower and access to the outdoor balcony. Two of the rooms offer a queen bed and the third room provides two queen beds.
Moving to the opposite side of the home, you will find a separate living, kitchen, laundry and dining area perfect for multi family stays. Entering the home from the main entrance you immediately enter the living area and kitchen. The living area is fully furnished with a sofa and love seat and leads into the fully updated kitchen.
Just behind the kitchen you will find a full bath with a walk in shower and laundry room. On the ground level you will also find the fifth bedroom which provides one queen and one twin bed as well as the sixth bedroom which offers a two queen bed. The sixth full bath is also on ground level and has a walk in shower.

Optional Pool Heat: Optional pool heat is available certain times of the year for an additional fee. For rentals of 4 days or less, pool heat can be added to your reservation for a daily rate of $75. For rentals of 5 days or more, pool heat can be added to your reservation for a daily rate of $60. The pool temperature is typically set between 76-82 degrees Fahrenheit (if it is colder than 50 degrees outside- the pool will not heat to these temperatures). The optional pool heat charge is not for a guaranteed water temperature but for having the heat pump running and the electricity use that goes with it. Actual water temperature may vary from day to day as a result of ambient weather conditions during the day and night. *Pricing for pool heat is subject to change.
