Thanksgiving to visit daughter
Had an amazing stay. The home was clean and perfect for us. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed to do Thanksgiving. Most comfy beds ever!!!! quiet and in a gorgeous area, short walk to the beach. Great trip and will be back! Loved it!!!!

Lovely place in a perfect location
We had a lovely stay here — place is very clean and outfitted with everything you need AND it's just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We also loved it was close to the quaint downtown and to Fort Clinch State Park.

Wonderful townhouse for long weekend
My sister and I booked this townhouse for the Georgia/Florida game. It was just what we were hoping for - something nice, clean & convenient to downtown & the beach. The host was great - he has his communication down to a science! This unit was well-stocked with everything you might need for a weekend stay: bath linens, beach towels & chairs, and there was plenty of space for us to relax before & after the game. The home is super-clean, and all pictures accurately represent the furnishings. We will definitely stay here again!

Property was as promised. Marty was available owhen we had difficulty finding unit on google maps. Unit needs a new grill but other than that, the unit is adorable super clean and well stocked.

I loved walking in and seeing Roger’s note! Nothing like the goodness of God’s comfort. I would suggest this property over and over to anyone. Go to the beach and soak up all the goodness it has to offer.

Relaxing Stay
First off Roger was the best host! He replies back timely and provided a ton of restaurants and activities in the area. The condo was just beautiful. They provided everything we needed for our stay and then some. The beach and pool were a short walk from the condo. The area was nice, clean, and quiet. There are a ton of delicious restaurants a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a relaxing time.

Too bad the weather was so miserable… but we still enjoyed our time in Fernandina Beach. Took walks on the beach in between rain storms and enjoyed strolling through the lovely downtown area. This condo was clean and comfortable and close to the beach…definitely would book it again.

Great Location
The interior was indeed renovated and was in pristine condition. Location is near everything we like to do, i.e., walking trails, beach, restaurants, Fort Clinch, etc. and a short drive to the historic district. The outside patio area needs to be updated and both sliding doors need to be replaced. We never used the patio and upper deck.

Great location
Loved our stay! It was perfect for the 3 of us, right down the street from the beach. Easy access for a wagon. Only concern was the stairs because there is no railing, safety concern for us because we have a toddler. There wasn’t a way to block it off, but we were on the go so it didn’t bother us too much. Location is perfect, 1.5 miles from the Main Street with a lot of shopping, museums and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We both really liked the condo- it had everything we needed and there was plenty of space. Very clean and well organized. Recent upgrades made it even feel nicer. Walking distance to two great restaurants and Main Beach.

Conveniently located posh townhome
My husband booked The Turtle Hut for some much needed R & R for us and our 19 yo daughter. We were pleasantly surprised with the posh and tranquil decor and cleanliness. TTH had everything we could possibly need including shampoo/conditioner/body wash. While others mentioned hot water issues, we did not experience any problems. The internet was a little spotty, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The beds were comfy as were the hotel quality linens. Although we didn’t use it, there were a bbq grill and washer/dryer for our convenience. Marty was very accommodating and quick to respond. My husband took a seat on the upper patio and was attacked by a nest of wasps that had a hive under the arm of a chair. Marty came right away and took care of it which we appreciated. The TTH is very conveniently located a block from the beach with a direct access and ramp to the beach. It was not crowded at all which we enjoyed. Fort Clinch is a 3 min drive and Downtown is a quick 10 min drive that was great for shopping and restaurants. We will definitely come back here. Thank you Marty for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Nicely Updated Property, Great Location
The unit is nicely updated and is furnished with comfortable beds and a really nice shower--- although as others have said, the hot water in the shower is a bit finicky and takes some finessing. The location is prime, just two blocks from a nice quiet spot on the beach, four blocks from Main Beach, adjacent to Fort Clinch State Park, and convenient for accessing downtown. We did have an A/C issue which the property managers quickly responded to and dealt with immediately with great communication start to finish. We would definitely recommend to others and would stay again if returning to the area.
