This newly renovated, professionally designed single-family home features a private backyard oasis that invites comfort and relaxation. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this fresh coastal retreat provides the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a vacation atmosphere. Located just 6 blocks from the beach, you'll have easy access to the shore.
The home is equipped with TVs in every room and a fully stocked kitchen containing all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. Your home away from home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The main bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and a luxurious king-sized bed.
Step outside to discover a spacious backyard that includes a heated pool with a water lounge ledge, an outdoor living area, a fire pit, an outdoor ping-pong table, and a cornhole for added fun.

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS: The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature exceeds the 45–50°F range. When temperatures drop below 45°F, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Although we rarely experience lows below 45°F, it can happen during the winter months. Thank you for your understanding.

Nice get away
Had a great time. We had 4 adults during the stay. No issues at all and the amenities were very nice. The pool was a little cool at this time of the year, but I could see good use of it later in the year. The house was conveniently located near the beach and other family members in the area. I would stay here again.

Relaxing getaway
The backyard is perfect at this property. The heated pool was so nice especially since the weather wasn’t very warm. Plenty of seating outside. The inside is very clean and organized. Kitchen was fully stocked and cabinets were labeled. Location of the house is very convenient. Lots of places that are walkable including beach access.

Excellent place to stay if you are visiting Mayo Clinic
Property was great. Heated pool was a major plus. The house was well organized and instructions were simple. We had to unexpectedly extend our trip and the host was amazing at helping us with that. It took one email and about 5 minutes and it was done. We will definitely try to stay here again during my future visits to the Mayo Clinic

Quick Flip Misleading Listing
I have 2 major issues with this listing and my experience renting from this company. 1. The home itself is your standard quick flip. Cheap finishes, the primary bedroom and bathroom seems to be in a retrofitted single car garage, and the furniture is as cheap as they could find. The sofa is falling apart, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, and the neighborhood leaves much to be desired- especially at this price point. 2. The title of the listing mentions a HEATED pool in capital letters. I rented this listing for a work trip in January to be able to access a heated pool while in town. The agreement I signed used the most vague language possible to release them from any liability for the inability to use the pool for ANY reason. Well, I arrived to a chilly JAX and when I messaged them to request that the pool be heated for us to use the next day, I was told we could not use the heated element of the pool. Nowhere in the listing or the agreement does it outline the conditions that would make the heated pool unusable. It's laughable that I was unable to use a heated pool in Florida in January because it was too cold. What's the point in having a heated pool in the first place? If you're looking for a rental for a family or group in the spring or summer and you don't care about uncomfortable beds, this rental technically has everything you need. If you care about your sleep quality or if you're looking to use a heated pool, I recommend steering clear of this listing.

Property was very clean. We enjoyed staying there , easy to get to Mayo. Of course our Mayo appt.happened on the coldest days Florida had in years. The pool area was beautiful. Host was very understanding.

Backyard Oasis
We loved the house and the backyard patio and pool. We spent most of our time out there lounging and watching football games on the outdoor flatscreen TV. The yard is fully fenced in, so it was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet with exception of the New Year’s Eve fireworks which many of the surrounding area residents were setting off. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The beach and pier is a short walk from the property, and there were plenty of places to walk the dog. We discovered numerous restaurants within walking distance, with our favorite being Salt Life. The owner, Mike, was very responsive and even provided us a new vacuum cleaner upon request! I highly recommend this rental property!

Christmas in Jacksonville
My son had major surgery at Mayo Clinic on December 30 and was told he would be hospitalized for 3-5 days after surgery. We booked this house for our family to be together and close to the hospital. The house was perfect. Close to the hospital, walk to the beach, dog friendly, clean, and well equipped. The back yard with the heated pool and fire pit was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place!
We had a great time in Jax Beach. This place was close to everything just as mentioned. Only thing was the freezer smelled like fish and wish there would have been a hose up front to wash the sand off our feet after going to the beach. Other than that we had a great stay!

Amazing Pool
We traveled from Ohio to attend my daughter's baby shower who lives in Jax. This place had everything we needed. Towels for the pool, everything needed for a beach day, bed space for everyone, even a cooler. The pool was absolutely amazing. The outdoor space was perfect and where we hung out the most. If I had to say a thorn to all the roses it might be the stiff sliding door. That's it, The rest was wonderful. We hope to be back again.

Deceiving pictures, pool is nice when cleaned but inside furnishings need replacing
Pool was good condition, but dirty since not cleaned until Thursday. Deceiving pictures compared to front of house looks old and run down. Air unit very noisy, 2 tv’s did not work, door to bedroom difficult and kitchen table old & not very sturdy. Found someone’s shoe under couch and main bedroom head board is dirty. 2nd bath very tiny so everyone was in main. 5 adults living in house was enough, too crowded if more. Neighbor’s car at 4:30 am woke us up. Not worth the money.

Little slice of paradise
We loved staying here! The house was beautifully updated and perfect for two couples + our babies. We enjoyed the outside area, it had nice landscaping and a gorgeous pool with surrounding area. It was a few blocks to beach but we just did a sunset walk. Might be a lot to do with all the beach gear if you were planning a full beach day. The master room was also really nice, comfy bed and great shower! Highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting the Jax Beach area.

Every detail describing this property is accurate. It is immaculate, well furnished, great amenities and walkable to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard, patio and pool are wonderful.
